Scream starts to fear for her life, messing up and unable to focus. Rage basically turns into a Sith Pilot, fueled by his anger and hatred. Really interesting to see both versions of the fight...
Scream flies less evasively and launches fewer missiles at Strider 1 after Rage gets shot down. Rage flies more aggressively and launches more missiles after Scream gets shot down
One time I did this mission with Japanese audio and English subtitles and it's definitely a whole different experience hearing the dialogue in Japanese.
"...blip has disappeared from the radar, at that altitute it likely has crashed" Well no, I was flying next to the wreckage at 5000 when it suddenly exploded and disappeared.
This reminds me of the last two Raven drones you fight in the end of the game, when one of them gets destroyed, the other drone starts to get emotional and slows down, but when its the other way around, it gets more aggressive.
It hints that individual aircraft controlled by ZOE manifest individual personalities. Also, I think it's Hugin who will go into shock, and Munin who will get angry.
Scream (Rage Killed): The Drum on the BGM is getting even more Messed up in tempo (Scream’s “Mimic”). Mental Breakdown. She Flies slower, Blind firing and waste a lot of missiles. Rage (Scream Killed): The Guitar is faster and and Even louder (Rage’s “Mimic”). Pure Rage and Grief. He Flies Even Faster with no direction, He’ll try to get on your 6/tail more frequently.
4:12 She was your one and only, but also your sister? You know, with how completely insane these two are, I honestly wouldn't be surprised if there was some incest in the mix too
@@metalgear6531 neither. Brigadier General Clemens hired the twins to off Trigger (during the debriefing after the Anchorhead Raid we can see - or, rather, hear - him being hit by Huxian and then arrested by the MP officers, charged with treason; during the raid itself Clemens can be heard speaking with the twins using Osean radio channel). The twins themselves are not affiliated with neither Oseans nor Erusians: they are employed by GR Guardian Mercenaries PMC.
@@PPWRUP Aaaaaaaah I see. I was too busy trying not to slam face first into some random apartment complex in Anchorhead to catch all the details of what was going on.
It took me a little while to kill them and that was just on HARD. Nice flying--F-22 is always a good choice! Only a little over 42K+ for overall score though. I was able to score 68K today... I posted the video on my channel.
So what I need is either an F-22 or a Wyvern. I was able to hold my own with a Eurofighter, but I just couldn't get a decent lock or anything. Turned it off after telling myself "I'm not gonna chase these dickbags all night."
@@jerryhenson3916 I'm going to give that fight a shot with an A-10. I wonder if low and slow would be any good. The next best thing I would think for you would be the F-18 which is a highly cromulent fighter. Just knock out a bit more of the main game :P
They got a lock-breaker with their stealth capabilities, meaning you're going to have to lock on quick and fire while you're a good position to do so, since you can't hold your lock for too long compared to the others. At least Mihaly gives you a straight up fight with no such BS. These two uses anything to their advantage.
I realised now that their names literally imply their reactions; Rage becomes more aggressive in his flight, Scream gets emotional and well.. just *screams*
I always liked shooting down Scream either during or before/after she says: “Sorry wuss, you don’t count, it’s two-on-one!” Makes for some great famous last words
Like noobgaming said, it's the automatic fire extinguisher, you can only use it in campaign. If you play campaign on normal or higher I definitely reccomend picking it up, its saved my life multiple times
You know when playing on Ace difficulty it's almost impossible to focus or care which one you're currently shooting down. I did happen to shoot down Rage first and I'm not going to lie: these guys pissed me off so bad her crying in the end was music to my ears. And I enjoyed every minute of their agony.
Theres actually a part where scream will actually shoot her self if you dont shoot her down quick enough she starts moaning and crying and then she just shoots her self and the plane just crashes
Ironically I picked the su47 for this mission and was like "oh snap" when they came out. I cant seem to beat them but when I do, do you unlock the graphics for the su47?
I got both ways in one day because after killing rage before scream i decided to lesve combat zone and yeah, had to do it again, and ended up killing scream first
I don’t get it. How the hell does your missile lock last long enough for the missiles to stay locked. I have played this fight five times in a row and not one single missile hit.
@@oliverhenderson5761 Not really, since that's how you get the Su-30SM's special Mihaly skin. To unlock the Wyvern's special Mihaly skin though, youu have to shoot down all 24 enemy Aces, which only spawn after you've completed the campaign once. Ace Combat Fan has a detailed video on how to spawn them, so happy hunting!
5:18 'I gotta' catch up to her!' And exactly what will you do if you manage that? I don't think your aircraft is capable of 'towing' her damaged aircraft, and it's not like you can open the canopy of your aircraft to let her in, so...
