@@TITANxRaven_Gaming I honestly don't think it's too OP, it just doesn't have armor and bleeds airspeed more than anything in this game. I just love the clown physics of this game. To 180 at mach 2 to going 400 knots in the opposite direction in about a second gotta be hundreds of Gs.

If you slow down the video to 10%, you can actually see the Yuk pilot pop his canopy long enough to reach out and headbutt the F22 to death. Beautiful.
They should make a boss ace in one of the next AC games that flies in the same MiG-21 as the rest of the early game enemies right down to the regular color scheme, except that it flies like an absolute beast and will wipe the floor with you 5th gen fighter through skill alone, no plot armor, no OP special weapons, no hits in non-critical areas, just a boss that has skill on par with the player
That and the boss doesn't carry any missile, they don't lock on to you which leads to the warning system not doing its job, you could quite literally die at any given time the MiG-21 point it's nose at you
Ironic thing is I’m pretty sure this was an actual manoeuvre used by the Israelis that iirc translates to “Let him pass.” You essentially bleed airspeed while positioning yourself for a guns kill, forcing your opponent to overshoot.

I'm such an idiot. I've spent so much time playing AC7 that when I loaded up the video and I heard the missile alert beeping, I panicked and basically thought "OH SHIT. I've got a missile on me. I need to lose it" then suddenly remembered its just a video 🤣
I'm not the best of pilots in ace combat 7 but somehow on my third time of multiplayer on it I somehow managed to hold first place by just maneuvering in the rocky canyons using the terrain to keep missiles off me while I be a checky baster pocking up with long range missiles getting kills. I regret nothing!
Did something similar on the Yinshi Valley map. 1v1, me in a MiG 29, the other player in a Falken. Managed to keep him off me by going through all the valleys. They did pretty good at keeping up tho. No kills for me but only died once, so i consider that a win. That was the only time in AC multiplayer where I actually had an adrenaline rush.

One is the deadliest fighter in the world, an aircraft so advanced that even tpday is considered the best fighter in history. The other one is a standard issue vodka machine, design to be perfect balance between cheap and effective.
this is an interesting mashup of two completely different styles and classes, especially since the F22 doesnt not even have no air kills while the MiG21 is legendary in dogfighting
simple, The F-22 was not able to also slow down due to incompetent pilot?, and since gravity does not exist it cant use the vertical with the airspeed it has
@@JM64 The Mig only had a 1:1 thrust to weight temporarily during the very limited special after burner mode, and the wings are very small with bled energy faster, the mig 21 was a BnZ hit and run interceptor, not a dogfighter. Irl mig 21 would get smoked. *AcKcHuAllY intensifies*
Yeah a well placed PSM can easily shut down a Mig-21, or any good energy fighter in close quarters. The Mig-21 excels more at higher speeds confrontations.
