Got to love Sting! He is my favorite wrestler of my lifetime. He is a christian and it is not easy. Meaning he is not perfect. I am a 44 year old black man and Sting has been someone admired.

Sting remembered me from over 20 years when I met him at the NWA reunion. And he is a super nice guy too!

Like him or hate him…. But Eric doesn’t get the credit that he deserves. He went against the norm,, thinking outside the box, and brought success in a underdog situation. It’s always been about Vince and the wwf/WWE…..I hope the time comes where Eric is acknowledged for his contribution to the industry

I feel like the WWE should have done a better job of letting it be known that they were interested in sting because I've heard him (sting) say over and over again that the main reason he never attempted to leave WCW is because he felt there was no interest in him anywhere else which is clearly ridiculous. I feel like just because Vince never attempted to acquire sting as Talent doesn't mean he wasn't very interested but he probably should have let it be known. It just feels like a missed opportunity on both sides.

God... every day I miss WCW and so regret the way it was trampled on by the tycoon and monopoliser Vince. The best moments in WCW were truly greater than any other time and place in wrestling (and that's saying a lot) and they made the whole business great. Part of me wants WCW back but I know it would never be the same. The only way I would ever think it'd be a good idea would be if it was bought out from Vince and was put back together by ex-WCW pros. I'm talking Sting, Flair, Bischoff, etc. And with other people who have great knowledge about the independent talent out there. But I'd love to see the old pay-per-view names brought back, the traditions, the weekly shows. And most of all to delete the whole crap era of WCW/nWo after the sale was made, because Vince used it (and still does) as a way to embarrass the WCW and promote the WWE. Vince will never sell it, though...
