I was there- totally a great performance!!!here is my attempted Set List: Breakout/ Rocket Ride/( unknown from debut solo LP with lyrics' radio blasting')/ Parasite/ Rock Soldiers/Love Gun/ Hard Time/ without ACE Love Theme From Kiss /and jamming/ ACE RETURNS: Detroit Rock City/( unknown Solo album song/Back in the NY Groove/ACE solo- guitar jamming smoke guitars, light guitar/BAND RETURNS- Cold Gin. ENCORE- Duece concert 1 1/2 hr. Next time more ACE no 2 warmup acts please. Please help correct this list- familydogg1234 Another posting I attempted listing ACE's guitar solos.
Lots of articles showing up around Ace and Peter lately. There is little doubt that both can play as well as anyone their age can. But they haven't played with Gene and Paul for decades now as a group. Kiss as a band will end in December. The band that has played together for those decades will be what you see on stage in Madison Square Garden. The opportunity to bring in Ace and Peter has come and gone. Ace and Peter sold their rights to the "brand" a long time ago for a percentage of the take. They really have no true complaints coming. Remember publicity either negative or positive puts money in the 4 original members pockets. I think like any family they argue and have disagreements. They say falsehoods about each other. They know full well that you are buying everything coming out depending on your feelings on the group. Again, that puts money in their pockets. My thoughts are, that we enjoy this end of the band and just let it go. Ace and Peter will do ok without a finale with Gene and Paul. The Fans will be disappointed, but it maybe for the best. Just my thoughts. Kiss the band will end but Kiss the brand will continue on. Will you see Gene and Paul play again? Probably in acoustic venues selling their brand. Ace and Peter will get their cut as well. Maybe you could see your finale with the 4 original in a future acoustic set, but not the full on stage show. Agan my thoughts.
Good thoughts I would rather see ace peter or Paul separately I'm sorta tired of the whole kiss drama I was never a big gene guy and his contributions and I was a kiss fan since '75
@@enyjuan Did you go to any of the End of the Road venues. Yes, like many other bands they use backing tracks for the background vocals. But If you think Paul's voice isn't that of a 70 yo man, you never went to the concert. Even my brother commented on the fact that Paul's voice has definitely aged and not for the better. If they were going to AI or voice correct, why would it sound so poorly. The tickets to the EOR venues are not that high either.
