Great thorough review! I own over 10 pairs of ace marks, I loved there shoes. I highly recommend the brand. I'm waiting on two pairs of the chelsea boots from the factory access. Glad yours worked out so far.

Gentleman Within yeah I know my wife breaks my b*lls every chance she gets. I have a couple of the penny loafers, sadly they do rub a little on the inside of my ankle but otherwise they are great. Good luck !

Now those Troy Boots are exactly what I’ve been looking for. Man ACEMARKS has really nice colorways and their fit and lasts are perfect for my feet dimensions. Koio or AM? I recently got koio and maybe I should’ve went up one size or perhaps they need to be broken in. I don’t have wide feet but with a medium thickness sock sometimes it gets a little tight in the width. I went with black in the koio and I’m trying to determine which brand to get in white
What's your size typically and what size did you get? I found koio ran true to size just like AM. Koio low tops are a bit narrow though. I like my suede koio capris, fantastic shoe. i can't speak to the leather koios though. And AM sneakers are a little wider than koio. both brands are good options. i'm planning a sneaker roundup in 2020, so be on the lookout for that!
Gentleman Within I have a pair of ASICS that are a 7 or 40eu so that’s what I ordered in the koi which were way too big. Ended up with a 38 which fits well as long as I tie them tight to prevent my foot from sliding forward. Like I said, at some point it feels snug. I have found out it’s not so bad with thinner socks. When I go for an all white pair either I’ll size depending how these turn out or try a different brand like ace
Khoi, are the Troy chelsea boots toes pointed like the Allen Edmonds Liverpool? Do you have any experience with the Liverpools? What do you think of the Liverpools general appearance compared to AceMarks Troy’s ?
hey, from the look of it, the Troy's are slightly more pointed. the Liverpool looks nice, but it's bulkier for sure. also, the good year welt makes for a chunkier sole, not quite as sleek as AM's Blake stitched Troy imo
How high are these. I've been rocking my greats white royales for a while and didn't realize until recently they were higher than other brands like Oliver Cabell or, CP or koio. The main reason I went with greats is they have half sizes. Most high end white sneaker shoes run big imo. So I got 11.5 I. Greats. The reason this is a big deal for me is size 12 that runs big looks like a clown shoe or disproportionate. I just returned a pair of Oliver Cabell in 12 because it looked crazy big compared to a true to size pair of adidas ultraboost or Nike af. I need a pair of premium low white sneakers that for good or even a little tight and don't look like boats.
@@gentwithin oops, I mean is the Duke sneakers true to size? I am undecided. what size should I get? I wear a US 7 in Chucks, and US8 in NIkes, but US 7/UK6 in dress shoes
