Но конечно со временем все выяснится. Как обещают в документальном фильме, там будет показана темная сторона группы. Если вы настоящий поклонник группы, то поймете, что с группой не все так радужно. И возникает много вопросов. И да не только из - за ухода Линн. Дженни тоже досталось сильно. Например, когда ее поменяли на двух молодых девочек. А Дженни явно метила в поп звезды. По ней заметно, что очень ей хотелось. Чудом сейчас Йонас и Дженни, сохраняют группу. Ульф Экберг кстати куда - то пропал. Смешно, что про него вообще забыли все. Хотя никто не оговорился о его уходе.

So sad to see this video again, where they're first showed up on tv, and then years gone by, until their band members already gone, and still left Jenny there, but there's no Linn again 😥😔. Luckily, they're family, so they still can meet each other anytime. Not like any band members that just friends, where they can't meet again each other sometimes.

None of that was actually live though. They’re lip syncing, and that saxophone midi controller wasn’t actually even used in the song (they’ve said before that to make the horn sounds they used an Akai Sampler, not the Casio horn midi controller). Also, he’s not really playing the drums, just pretending to. I love Ace of Base though, and pretty much everyone on shows like Top of Pops had to lip sync.

The only reason Jenny was involved is because she was the sister. Linn was the vocal talent that brought the band success, and Jonas was the brilliant song writer. Jenny took voice lessons later on and stuff because she wanted to be a singer, and the result was kinda meh Without that haunting style of Linn it's just not AoB

Of the two sisters Jenny is more gifted & talented vocally (for example - her Christian songs prove it) but she was always underappreciated because of fans' obsessions with Linn's strange behaviour, disappearance etc. and that's so unfair. Jenny is a great & true artist who always wanted to be a singer unlike Linn who joined the band just for the sake of her brother's ambition and we saw how it ended. Meanwhile, Jenny continues to perform. And thank God for that.

​@@Merknilash That's a wishful thinking. It is nowhere officially confirmed that Malin's voice was the only factor that was valued in AoB for all fans of the band. All members of the band had their fans, (yes, mostly the singers but the two of them of course) and the fact that voice of one of the singers mattered most to you does not mean that it means the same for all people.

​@@A.K.11 look at the comments on the AoB videos like this one (meaning the ones where you find true fans of ace of base, because other people watch the main videos): people speak about the voice of Linn. Jenny sings very well and their two voices go very well together, but that's not the point here. You say that her Christian song prove that she's more telented vocally, but again it's not the point here, and besides this doesn't counter what was said above : that Linn began to sing, and only after Jenny became a singer at the same level in the group. And again you affirm wrong things by saying that Jenny wanted to sing and not Linn: Linn says she always wanted to sing, just to sing (not travelling constantly and making huge stages all around the world).

Linn is now 51, Jonas 54, and Jenny 49. Due likely to COVID measures, Jenny has trouble getting gigs, other than in churches to very small audiences. Taking NAC would benefit all 3. Yes, the AoB tale is a tragedy.

Linn didn't get attacked -- she wasn't even home when it happened. Jenny was attacked, and their mother was stabbed in both hands trying to defend Jenny.

lol how did they save the 90s exactly? AoB was that silly band we all liked bc they had catchy tunes but we accepted they were bad singers, had repetitive tunes and we would dance them by force of radio spins. The 90s had far too many talents in a wide variety of genres, anything metal, rock, techno and rnb sounded amazing back then. Ace of Base was like Bananarama haha.

A fan broke into her sisters house, Jenny (also ace of base singer) since then she didnt want be famous anymore and rejected any invitation to public appearances, she only did participate in The cruel summer vídeo due to legal obligations, you can see that she only appear in The video, the contratc didnt tell that she did need to sing, so thats was what she did.

@@efblasius thats wrong and bs. The "fan" broke into the house while Jenny and her mother were there. Lynn wasnt there but they later claimed that the fame for lynn got too big also that the incident with Jenny did some negative influence to her but her sister Jenny still continued being the lead singer. In the end thats all BS. its just cause jenny wanted the biggest piece of the pie. Jenny also twittered 2009 on twitter that shes gonna leave the band to go solo, a year later she stated in an interview that she was kicked out not being informed by her brother. in some interviews its obvious to see that jenny is often cold to malin. strange that the knife incident happned when nobody else was there beside jenny and her mom.
