⚡⚡ My advice to people is *use in 2wd* until you need 4wd for specific use. Really well built boards🤙🏼

Awesome review! How complicated is it to turn it into a 2WD? Is removing the belts the only option? Some boards have the option on the remote to switch back and forth...

Thanks for watching. You need to power everything off, hold power button on the remote, choose 2WD, turn on rear ESC on the board and you’re in 2WD. Personally I’d also remove the belts on the front. So let’s say 5 minutes taking your time, 3minutes if you’re rolling NASCAR pit speeds.

I just imagine you’d have more drag if you leave them on. Doubt it would cause any issues but I’m not a 100% sure. The times I’ve run it in 2WD I’ve pulled the belts.

So what’s the max range you have gotten out of this and would you say the meepo hurricane is better in range?

Mid twenties. Range is so dependent on how you ride, where you ride, the weather, your weight etc it’s hard to say how it would compare to another board (hurricane) that I haven’t had the chance of reviewing. If you’re looking for more range on a ride you can run the X1 in 2WD and that should increase things as well as riding slower etc.

@@ELECTRIC-DNA but incredibly smooth and solid too. It just begs for more speed. I totally agree with your assessment. I started in sport mode and it was a sketchy ride even though I'm used to cruising it around 20mph or so. It's got so much torque I probably need to go back a mode and get used to it for a bit.

Hang in eco for a while. If my legs are tired at all for instance I do the same. Gotta be on your game for sport and sport plus. Enjoy the ride!

Great review. This board is so stable, yet it can carve like crazy. The street wheels make this board so much fun also. I have the 2wd and the power in eco is plenty for me. Like you said 20 to 25 in eco is the sweet spot. I ride 32 psi, should I pump up more, lol.

@@Catamount19 thanks! It’s such a fun board. Pump them up a few psi if you want a little more range but around that is a little more Cush. It’ll probably go through tires a little quicker with lower PSIs but you’ll get a little more grip and comfort.
