Thank you very much, stopped me from having to take my laptop which I use daily in to be repaired. A like for this one.

Was able to follow the instructions on this video. However, I did try fixing it on my own which means my S key is now partially/broken (I know what happened). This video did help me fix the - on the numpad though so that's good.

Thank you so much. Although my problem was slightly worse. The inner hinge was separated from the outer hinge. Connecting both of them without breaking the sides shaft of the inner hinge was stressful.

It had to be intentional that the thumbnail has the bracket circling the L right

Excuse my poor terminology, but if the soft button part underneath the key cap is damaged, can it be repaired? That part of my A key is damaged, although I suppose it might not matter since the key cap would cover up the vulnerable part of the key.

I must advice that if you push too hard on the keys they might wear out or get broken so they never connect with the hinge. That's what happened to me so I changed "A" with a not much used key

Yesterday the D key on my laptop came off and it wouldn’t click into place properly, but thing is the hinge is stuck to the key itself, I have a 2023 model, is that supposed to be like that or did it break off?

I ended up snapping the smaller inner hingle clip part in half. Would superglue be able to fuse it ok or possibly another method? If it doesn't end up working out ill order the whole key from your site thanks

Idk if it's factory defect but mine are swapped, the top and bottom hinges

I have a problem with the letter w, when I press it and release it after about 5 seconds the key keeps pressing itself, it has happened to me in several games like gta 5, the character keeps walking for about 3 seconds and the vehicles keep accelerating like per 3 seconds, in shooters its worst, it's like a delay on the key and it's annoying af ¿Any help?

This company sent the wrong hinge when I ordered from them. I reached out via email twice and have not heard anything. Save yourself the headache and order from eBay.

Not helpful whatsoever. I have the same laptop and the inside clips are different. Also you are only doing specific keys. Doing other important ones like the "down arrow key" and arrow keys would be helpful.
