Acer Nitro 5 Keyboard Replacement - plastic welds are tough! 

ive seen a couple people use dremels to remove the plastic stems, maybe try that next time? its definitely more messy but can be easily cleaned up with a mini vac and it reduces the risk of damage

memory of old dell disassembly to do the same thing comes back to me.............

Is there no need to replace the plastic welds?
