I'm no fan of Kassouf, but the "check your privilege" comment lost me from being on your side.

The broadcast was only able to capture a fraction of Kassouf's antics. He was probably jabbering away every hand he played. Wouldn't that wear you out after a while?

I remember playing against someone doing this. I had pocket aces and he pushed me all in with Ace Jack. Bullied me into calling and I told him “gladly”. His face when I flashed pocket aces was the best 😁

Benger is like the least likable person in the whole poker community. I don't think his life is good based on his reactions, only people whose life are miserable would act like that, as if they could finally release for one second after all the sadness in their lives.

I know Kassouf was legit stalling every hand, talking constantly, being a total pain in the ass to everyone, and that's his game...and it works bc he can play poker as well...but there is something in this video that really makes you wish Benger's aces were queens.

I hate to tell that young lady from Canada, but if Will Kassouf had you that upset, Sam Grizzle would make him, excuse me her, slit her wrist. I was EXTREMELY disappointed with the way Jack Effel handle Will Kassouf at that main event. Instead of jack explaining to the rest of the table that as long as he’s not using vulgar language he paid his 10k to get in and has the right to say pretty much whatever he wants as long as it doesn’t influence the action. Jack took the cowards way out and bullied the guy that the table didn’t like instead making an educated decision based on the rule book. But any scenario when it gets down to heads up he’s protected within the rule book, all he is doing is trying to convey intel while at the same time putting the entire table on tilt. When Will stalls and makes the table wait, they get flustered, they start saying to themselves the blinds and Anti are going up too fast I’m gonna have to get in there and take some chances. And when poker players get in that state of mind there’s lapse in judgement and mistakes usually follow. Will K. Had the table right where he wanted them and it took As over Ks in almost consecutive orbits to knock him out. That’s just the nature of the game. And I’m more than happy to tell the millennials if you can’t ignore a loud mouth, stalling poker player you will NEVER be successful in poker tournaments/cash games.

While I'm no fan of Benger's behavior, Kassouf's 'speech play' was a deliberate attempt to get Benger to talk about his hand. If Benger responded to Kassouf's inquiries in any way, Kassouf would immediately yell 'floor' and get Benger penalized. That was his intent.
