I’m so glad those days are over. I never took this new pt test. I think it came into affect maybe just a month I left on terminal leave. I only have 61 days left in the U.S. Army IRR on my initial 8 year contract.
definitely not, that sled is fucking heavy and after it that side step is brutal because if you're not used to pulling weight like that then your legs are gonna feel like jello, you're in especially bad luck if you have exercise induced asthma like me source: today at school a couple of seargents came and set up this exact test, which was optional, I'm not athletic and I'm overweight but did it anyway, legs were absolute jelly and my left hand kept slipping on the weight, honestly the sprints were the easiest parts of it, that sled and the weights are WAY heavier than you think, for me it was easy at first but when I was coming back it was miserable
if you are puking, you should stop and/or drink more gatorade as well as do a better job being properly fueled. also if you can pass the acft without feeling sick, that is better than feeling sick
