I was able to sit still the whole video. After that I had a sense of calm in my mind. And also head and body started buzzing lightly....

This is exactly how i feel. When i m in prayer i jus dont ask anything from my Shiva. But a ask to give sahdbhudi and do whatever is good for me. Make me a kind of a person that He loves the most. Make me do things that He likes the most. Make me do the prayer in way that He loves the most. I may not have to share it with the world but after watching this video i jus cud not stop it.

A man once asked what is a best way to chant a mantra. A wise man said, embrace the mantra from the soul and not from the mind. If you do this, your body subconsciously follows the content of the mantra. Anything chanted with a pure mind would be successful. I think that was a tad longer than expected. Anyways, just my thought.

I am curious, why are we advised to not chant the lum vum chant? After doing this sadhana for a few times the chant starts to really get stuck in my head. Im trying my best not to sing or chant it myself, but im just curious why are we advised not to?

Well, I'll have to say there IS something to this practice because I followed the instructions and at the end of the session I felt a sense of peace and calm within myself. As if I'd gone into a quiet place to get a valuable nugget and bring it back with me. Hmm... Now I need to learn HOW to KEEP and HOLD that piece 🤔
