E0S1 Acheron destroys the new Pure Fiction in 2.1: Deceitful Chaos (IV)
The second half was made for Acheron, obviously. I chose the 2nd buff. It basically gives Ult stacks whenever an enemy moves
As you can see, Acheron herself doesn't generate that much stacks compared to her teammates. This is why Atk boots are generally better.
But I suggest you don't believe some random guy on RU-vid that easily. Just try her out using your own team comps and see which build you find most comfortable to play with.
Obviously tho you want your teammates to be as fast as possible.
Is Acheron is a must pull?
- For efficiency, yes. She makes farming and running SU a whole lot faster, and she's one of the best DPS right now.
Do you have to pull for Acheron's Lightcone?
- If you are a casual player you don't need to ever touch the LC banner tbh. If I were in your shoes I would not care about damage, I'd just pull for characters. No need to feel the fear of missing out, this is a single player game. Even if there were a competitive content you would lose to whales anyway.
- Not a must, you can use GNSW and farm good relics.
- But is her lightcone good? Yes. Always prioritize DPS + LC in the future. Also her LC contains 4 thighs so yes it's good.
Do I have to farm SU 9?
- If you have cracked Salsotto sets, it's probably not worth it. Go back to farming Rutilant Arena for your Qingque, or Penacony set for your supports.
- If you want to maximize her damage, feel free to farm the Izumo set.
What if you already have Kafka DoT team?
- They have different playstyles, and you can use Kafka outside of Lightning-weak stages due to how good Black Swan is. Acheron is quite compatible with Black Swan, but do not feel the need to pull Acheron just because you have Black Swan.
What if you already have Jing Yuan and Sparkle?
- Hey you can use Acheron with Sparkle lol. If you have E0S1 Jing Yuan or higher, he can still clear lightning-weak stages without any problems.
Is Acheron fun to play?
- Not as entertaining as FuA or Dot teams in my humble opinion. She is not as braindead as Jingliu--there are still some thinking needed if you want to optimize her gameplay. What's fun is dealing 500k damage effortlessly.
Should you use Pela's SW's or Acheron's technique to start a battle?
- Pela's technique with Resolution LC allows her to Ult immediately. I use her technique most of the time.
- In Pure Fiction I usually use Acheron's, because as you can see it does good damage when combined with Ruan Mei, which might instantly defeat smaller mobs. SW's technique also debuffs, but Acheron's deals more damage because of how you build her.
Is Acheron futureproof?
- Yes. Also they might not release another lightning DPS for a while due to how OP Acheron is. There are many ways to nerf her damage since lightning-resistant enemies exist. But there will always be one half of MoC or PF suitable for her, just look at Jingliu.
- In the future more Nihility characters will be released, some of them might be her perfect matches. She is good enough with Pela and SW, no need to feel forced to pull new characters. For example, I have E1S1 Topaz but might not pull for Aventurine because I'd rather save up for Robin and Firefly. And JADE!!
OMG Cocolia is so hot in the event tab she can cause global warming on Belobog. I wish she's playable in HSR...
