I'm amazed that you can not only do what you correctly but incorrectly as well. That's not normal to me. Anything you learn to do correctly, you completely forget to do incorrectly....I'm mentioning this because you make it very, very obvious why and what's been done wrong. Amazing instruction and form❤❤
A good instructor with attention to detail and decent memory will notice and remember what they struggled with when they were beginner students, what corrections they received, what their peers messed up, and what issues keep coming up with their own students. Patterns will emerge in the mistakes, and they will tailor their instructions accordingly.

I have two regrets only in my life. Not staying in ballet is one. I definitely had/have the build. Especially my super high arch in my feet. I was young and don't remember wanting to stop. Nor do I know why it ended. I wish when I was a bit older, so like grammar school age, I had went back to it. Now, at my age, early 50s, that time has passed. Whoever may read this - get back into it if you love it. Don't be like me lol. Now, I never tire of seeing a ballet and watching the gorgeous performances. The Silver lining.
Im 64. I have been doing online ballet classes from various online instructors for several years. I signed up for Isabellas about 2 weeks ago and it is light years better than the others. I would encourage you to consider it. Even if only for your health,fitness and enjoyment at home! It is never too late to start even if you stay at beginner stage.

Most likely she has already explained preparations at depth to her students. This level is years of practice...her students are not beginners. Today the focus is on how to get out of the turn.
Hi! I teach in a very detailed way. Please never forget this is 1 minute of an hour long lesson focused on turns. Here I was solely focusing on the supporting leg being found correctly and not turning in as one turns. Very easily done. Again, this is one element of the many details I talk about.
