Brother Chidananda speaks about how to deeply apply Paramahansa Yogananda’s “how-to-live” teachings on Yoga to elevate to the fullest the simple and powerful law that “we become what we concentrate on.” He gives profound yet practical methods for going deeper in meditation to achieve the ultimate Goal of life. He shares illustrations from the lives of saints, and stories relatable to our everyday lives, to show that this highest and most personal goal is the same for all.
This talk was recorded at the 2013 SRF World Convocation in Los Angeles, a few years prior to Brother Chidananda becoming president of Self-Realization Fellowship/Yogoda Satsanga Society of India, the organization founded by Paramahansa Yogananda more than 100 years ago to spread worldwide the teachings of Kriya Yoga.
