Im only 14 and when I was 13 I tore both by running and I guess I didn't step right or was running too much and just randomly felt this really bad pain. Didnt know what it was until I went to the emergency room and I couldnt walk at all, Didnt get crutches either and now I can barely jump without feeling a sore type of pain or just having it feel stretched out way too much. Sucks because I play basketball and jumping is the main thing you have to do.
Keep your head up bro. Obstacles often generate opportunities. Strengthen your legs and get back out there, don’t be afraid. You’re so young your best athletic years are coming

I play basketball and kicked a punching bag. I have done all of these while doing these sports. Luckily it didn’t tear but it no doubt feels strain so I will not do anything
