Hardware only, dawless.
All hardware goes thru a compressor and limiter to get the very best sound possible. You can hear how everything is nicely glued together.
Ableton sequencer is used to record each track.

The analog four is my favorite acid synth then is the db01 and then the Avalon and you’ll have caught them all

TD3 sounds great! Does it go through the reverb pedal or there're other effects in the chain?

Hi, TD3-Mo goes thru an analog Orion Spring reverb, then all machines go thru an analog limiter/compressor, the EL8-X Distressor to glue everything together. Hope this helps.

@brak3044 hey no problem. The VST is nice and works well, the analog Distressor has a whole different sound, being analog, but the price is way different too.

@@soldfaith Thank you, interesting choice. I'm looking for a way to gain up the TD-3 before it goes into audio interface

@@martnerby1 then a compressor will do the job. You will be able to pump up the volume of the td3 without losing audio quality.

@@soldfaith Thanks, seems like an option indeed. Looking for multi channel in- and output or maybe a compressor can boost all the signals at once. Also looking at Scarlett Octopre

@@martnerby1 i think with a compressor / limiter you sort out all the problems releated to bad frequencies, peaks and unwanted noise, that's what i do and as you can hear i blast kick and bass without losing audio quality. If you can, go for that. Also i don't have a Scarlett but makes good audio interfaces, i personally use the Universal Audio Apollo X8.
