Annoying, unsightly? Tick, tick. Red bumpy chicken skin on the backs on your arms and thighs is actually called keratosis pilaris. It is very common and once you know how to get rid of it, it is surprisingly easy to, it's just a question of finding the right body lotion.
The secret is an exfoliating body lotion (which are not that easy to find as so few beauty companies make them, I do not know why?!). The key ingredient to look for is Lactic Acid , but I think that Glycolic acid works too. So her are my two favourite body lotions.
