My seemingly late husband and I used this lesson last year to help us through a “terminal” diagnosis and letting go of the body. In trust. When it MATTERS. That STRENGTH can’t come from any thing else. But IT is REAL. Thank GOD.

"If you stay in the present, if you stay in this moment, the ego is okay. It can deal with it. You are using your senses to interpret the present moment. You are not predicting a fearful future. You are not regurgitating the past. In the present moment the ego is manageable and it is okay." You will feel a sense of deep peace. "God is the strength in which I trust." Thank you, David.

"The body itself is indifferent. It is not aligned with any particular thought structure - it will align itself with what YOU decide to think about. So if you hand over your future to God, if you say, "I am not qualified to make decisions here." If you try and figure that problem out you will just create great anxiety because the ego mind will not be able to glean enough information to feel at peace. Trust in the strength of God and the wisdom of Spirit to guide you in each moment to the correct place, to the correct people, to the correct experiences; and with your guidance system - your feeling, emotional body - you will know when things are right, and you will know when things are not right when you meet them, when you encounter them. But you will not be trying to plan a concrete future using the ego mind, for that is what you will be using if you are planning. Things will slowly shift as you shift your consciousness." Haha, names and faces popping up in my mind and outside of my mind 3 feet in front of my face. Do not doubt that opportunities of every kind promised in these lessons will come into your experience. I see many relationships where I hold grievances, fear, attack thoughts,.and or just tension of a seeming gap between myself and my brothers. Today I drive up to my brothers house and I see an unfamiliar vehicle in the drive. I go in, and there stands someone I have not seen in years, and with whom there was fear and separation. Be careful with these lessons, they will take you out of your comfort zone, where forgiveness opportunities present themselves.

It is a funny strange tragic thing, that i put my trust in the frailty and limitations of ego and body, why i do so, is an obscure mistake. Could i choose otherwise .. LOVE(?)!!!
