Back in the 60s when I did psychedelics, I did so to experience the hallucinations. I had some really good ones! While an aspect of me would experience the hallucination as an actual reality, there was another aspect of me that observed me having the hallucination and knew it was not real. Consequently, I never got lost in the hallucination. What I didn't realize until many years later (until I encountered ACIM) is that I have been lost in an hallucination, not just for this entire lifetime but for countless others as well. Now, it's the same story as with the drug induced hallucinations i.e., there is an aspect of me that perceives a world and behaves as if it is an actual reality but there is another aspect of me (a right minded me) observing the me interacting with the world as if it's real and reminding me that what I am perceiving is not real but an hallucination. Consequently, I am no longer lost in the hallucination. BTW, how do I know that something is an hallucination...well, If it has an opposite, if it has before or an after, if it has a starting place and finishing place, if it has an outside or inside. If it's a two-ness or many-ness, if it vibrates; if it has frequency, if it has cycles, if it has a wavelength, if it can be measured, if it can be labeled, categorized, analyzed and evaluated; if it can be perceived, if it can be interpreted, if it evolves, if it's part of a hierarchy, if it can be graphed, if it has levels, if it has dimension(s), if it has degrees, if it has distance, if it has direction, if it has time, if it has increments, if it has lifetimes, and so on...then it must be an hallucination. Oh yeah, multidimensional universes, infinite universes, parallel universes, big universes, small universes...each and everyone is an hallucination. Much thanks Keith and everyone! I never even considered publishing it because it's too esoteric and it's difficult to read. Basically, it's just too much! However, I have made it available online for anyone to explore or download if they want. As far as I know nobody has ever been able to continue reading past Part I (there's 3 parts). Omgosh yes! Seeing others not as bodies enables us to love truly. Not just our (special) partner and people in our lives, but absolutely everyone. While still seeing people as bodies, I can never love truly, as in real, true love. At least that is my experience and realisation recently. I've started to realise that if we see people as bodies, we usually just want something from them, but seeing past the body, we can love them truly, and love everyone truly. I can't love anyone if I see people as bodies, not even those who I think I love.
Thank you Keith for bringing us the most concise and penetrating ideas of ACIM. If I hadn't listened to you, I probably would have taken ages to come to the conclusions you present. Like the "Miracle" that you are, you have "collapsed" considerable time for me. Namaste🙏

I thought that because an illusion is not real and has no meaning that it was something to dismiss but the very fact that it has no meaning and not real is why it is the catalyst of the experience of blankness, meaninglessness and unreal-ness. Emptiness and nothingness feels like peacefulness. I love you and thank you. I love illusions because when I notice it, they are melting into an experience of myself as Peace and love and joy.

I listened to this amazing talk again. At 40 minutes Keith explains in detail how we go away from spirit and how we can come back. Projection/reverse projection. "Our brother isn't the guilty one, we are, he is the Christ". The light bulb went on.😂😮🎉
I love the question of the last person to speak and I love your answer Keith. How to behave in the world has been quite a dilemma for me but we have to live every day 'in the dream' and I guess each of us has to find their own way through that.
As a kid I had many moments of being an awareness outside the body, 30 years later the course can actually verbalise that experience and give me the ticket to go "return" home. Thanks for being such cool conductor on this illuaionary holiday train on the way home. Cheers xx

In January 2008, God gave me a job description that says " I am sending you out by the power of My Spirit to Release those bound by Fear, to Proclaim Forgiveness, and to show Love to ALL men". Ironically, I don't have to like you but it is necessary that I Love you. That includes loving self. Ego has a bad reputation, butit is a necessary part of being. Without knowing who we 'think' we are it would be difficult ( maybe even impossible) to know who we REALLY are. Before loving or forgiving anyone else, we need to love and forgive ourselves - that is the Ego part of our being. For easier understanding, here's an analogy: The fear-based and fear-filled insane Ego AND the fearless eternal loving soul are travelling together through life in a bus(our body). The problem is that most people allow the insane Ego drive the bus - frequently into the ditch. The solution is for the sane soul to take over the driving and to send the Ego to the back of the bus to be dealt with at an appropriate time. It has been my experience that the fear-filled Ego can come to trust the loving soul. This results in a quieter and calmer Ego. The important thing to know is that Love will ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS do the right thing. Fear, however, confuses and paralyzes the mind AND is the source of ALL heartache and misery on the planet. Free Will and imagination are some of the greatest gifts God gave us. With Free Will I am able to choose Love (who I REALLY am) over Fear (who I 'think' I am). I cannot change the world - I can only change myself). However, my imagination imagines that EVERYONE is aware of what I wrote here so that they know we have the power to change thanks to Free Will - it just a choice. If EVERYONE knew of the power that their true selves have We could create Heaven on Earth anytime we wished - EFFORTLESSLY. Under the loving watchful eye of the soul, Ego can be allowed to enjoy itself. So, if I say to you Keith that you (who you 'think' you are) is doing a great job, it is quite appropriate to allow your Ego to enjoy that - as long as you don't forget who you REALLY are. I had to keep stopping the recording to ask myself if I really got it (very rare for me because I'm always in a big hurry to get back to my suffering) before resuming. Did I put my training pants right back on afterwards? Yes, yes I did. But I had some glorious moments of being toilet-trained (the analogy gets messy here). And those will stay with me. Loved this talk it explained to me something about all those holidays, I don't like to celebrate since I don't see any purpose in them but it is ok to participate in them as long as I am not attached to them ❤
If the script is written why do anything? All we really can do is watch if we are only seeing the past. I don’t see what else we can “ do” but change our thoughts about what we are seeing/ experiencing. And not judge any of it.
Isn’t everything in the dream an illusion? There is no hierarchy of illusions. I think it’s why the beginning lessons are so crucial…not making anything special , more important, worse or better than anything else. So the fires, like anything else in the world need your “ forgiveness”…or release …You are the witness outside of time and space and not a person in the world worried about Maui…or anything else.
There is only one mind, within which the world is happening, by which the world is known and out of which the world is made. "God has but one Son." Jesus is Christ because he learned there was no Jesus. C-5.5. "Is he the Christ? O yes, along with you." You're the same Christ. The one mind is dreaming itself to be everyone. C-5.2. "The name of Jesus is the name of one who was a man but saw the face of Christ in all his brothers and remembered God. So he became identified with Christ, a man no longer, but at one with God. The man was an illusion, for he seemed to be a separate being, walking by himself, within a body that appeared to hold his self from Self, as all illusions do. Yet who can save unless he sees illusions and then identifies them as what they are? Jesus remains a Savior because he saw the false without accepting it as true. And Christ needed his form that He might appear to men and save them from their own illusions."

@@acimwithkeith Adam was placed in the garden, he fell into a deep sleep, and he we are now, waiting for him to wake up. Whilst he was asleep, something was removed and the door was sealed. Towards the end of the story, a figure is left hanging, and if you look closely, a door is left open. I am nothing more than just a worm, eating flesh from a wound, but now that I'm full I'm free to be, anything else waiting for me.
