Not knowing, to me, is the same as presence of awareness (without thought). In other words, pure "Being". Or God if you like that word.

I love you reflection about not knowing being a portal. As I rest in the mystery of it all I notice how that has really opened something up for me. Hi Keith I often experience me as awareness not a self but couldn't understand or describe the experience, so not knowing is perfect. If i tried to understand it i would go back into the self I made that doesn't exist, so funny, is this correct ..also in awareness I have experiences of the light changing, illuminating, I dont try and reason, I just let it be, maybe like your butter experience it seems to happen in awareness in alignment with truth ❤

Regarding forgiving both positive & negative emotions. In Chapter 5, the Teaching & Healing section, Jesus says, “Nothing that is good can be lost because it comes from the Holy Spirit, the Voice for creation. Nothing that is not good was ever created, and therefore cannot be protected.” I interpret that to mean what Keith is saying here-that the “pleasures we enjoy” aren’t real because they can be, and are, lost here in our dream. They’re not eternal, but TRUE love, peace & joy are. I believe Jesus is saying we should forgive what’s not eternal, whether we call it good or bad, so that we can allow the Light of “True Pleasure,” if you will, to shine through. We needn’t protect anything that’s not real, no matter how we label it. Thanks to Keith & to everyone for these enlightening & helpful sessions. ♥️🙏🏼♥️

Yes the guilt lets go when the one consciousness moves in as there isn’t anyone separate to have guilt. I remember as a child feeling in my fort outside I played in all day that I was everything, the roses the trees the wind the sun…. When my mom told me I had to go to school I didn’t understand why when I was everything. Then in the dream of me in first grade I was asked to go to the 8th grade and as I walked there I felt like I was the floors the walls all that is…. I then opened the door to the 8th grade classroom and Sister Mary Martin asked me to explain in front of the classroom why I forgot my sisters homework to her…in that moment I became a “separate me” filled with guilt and shame and she was something that could hurt me. Apparent separation began and I was a bad girl for forgetting my sisters homework. As of this moment though I am awareness aware that I thought she hurt me and instead as “I am no upset for the reason I think”….it was separation that was so painful, it felt like a death, like leaving nirvana. I weeped silently in my room for days as it felt larger then my sisters homework . I realize I felt I had separated from god and in awareness I see I never really did. 🙏🏻

I love what you're saying regarding relationships with people (at the end of the vid), and the idea of letting go of my need for others to be any certain way. But what if the other person doesn't see it this way and believes that their needs have to get met through me? How does a relationship work then?
