Hi Samarat, same injury i had both ACL & meniscus surgery. Now I'm in 6th week.. Dr told me to start full weight bearing, I tried full weight bearing walk, next day I got mild pain. I'm not able to walk without walker. I'm worried🙁 What to do?

I am on 39th day today post-op, I have swollen knee with pain and restrictions in the knee movements. I do most of the exercises mentioned but I need to reduce the pain and swelling. Can you suggest anything about the same?

I was feeling bearable pain from when ROM was 30 degrees to attempting full ROM and about swelling it was there and you can see the pictures in my first part of ACL video and doc said swelling will go overtime he also added some vitamins tab but if the pain is unbearable then do consult to your doctor first

Mera bhi same hi सर्जरी hui hain (acl nd min...) Mere dr ne 30 days walk walker hta diya ...aaj 47 days ho gaye main 2 kg lift kar pa raha hu , 5 kg 3.5 month tak kar sakta hu na ? And gym kab se start ho jati h normally
