Summer News from ACMA:
Online verification: Online Verification opens during the first week of August. Parents will need to go online to confirm all the correct information for students. You should get an email from BSD when the window opens. This is a simple and very important part of the start of the school year.
Parents can begin the Verification process by logging into ParentVUE, clicking on Family Updates and New Student Enrollment in the upper right corner then selecting 2024-2025 Fall Verification and Family Updates from the dropdown menu on the following screen.
Busing Information: The transportation department is currently working on bus routing over the summer. Routes will be available the week before school starts. You will be able to find your route by going on the BSD website and search for "Transportation", then click "Assess E-Link" to find your students route. Reminder, if you are planning to move over the summer, be sure to give the office a call to update your address.
Start Time: In 2024-2025 ACMA and all BSD Option Schools will have a new later start time. You can find next year’s bell schedule at: acma.beaverton...
Volunteering: Starting in 2024-2025 BSD has a new volunteer system, Raptor, and anyone interested in volunteering on campus will need to follow the district procedure that can be found at: www.beaverton....
ACMA’s production of The Drowsy Chaperone runs July 25,26,and 27. Amazing students, both backstage and onstage, are putting in full days, 5 days a week (and some Saturdays too) working to bring this farce of a musical to the ACMA stage. It’s show is for all ages and is an absolute riot! Tickets are $10 at acma.booktix.com or acma.booktix.net
