Exactly! People have told me I'm racist for not liking the new movies, and all I've been saying the entire time is that I wish Finn was the main character. If not the main character then at least a side character with his own story arch that ties into the main story. Instead they hype him up a little bit in the first movie and then proceeds to shit all over him in the second and third, magnifying his cowardice again and setting him up with a useless comic relief arch that goes nowhere. Finn was a much better character than Rey.

He's using cortosis for his left arm brace and helmet. It was in Legends, and Vader uses it in the comic book called Purge. It's also in The Old Republic 1 & 2. Cortosis short-circuits lightsabers.

The Master sounds like he's using a nerfed version of Force Battle Meditation. Something from the very first Tales of the Jedi. In that story, ONE Jedi could meditate to buff allies and nerf enemies at the same time on a planetary scale. It was used to fight and win most conflicts in the Tales of the Jedi comics, including against the Original Sith Empire in the Great Hyperspace War.

So, a Sith is running around and killing a bunch of Jedi, and Yoda doesn't pick it up? Even Yoda could sense that Anakin was surrounded by death in Episode 2 and the pain he felt halfway across the galaxy. Multiple Jedi being killed in one setting would certainly be a flare in the force. Oh, wait. I'm trying to make sense of a story in which the writers and actors know nothing about Star Wars and its prequels. It's a good thing that they got a bunch of writers whose only knowledge of Star Wars is in an SW coloring book to write a Star Wars show!

What Disney should have done was hire someone who's an expert on the established Star Wars lore. That way obvious blunders like the Sith not revealing themselves, Anakin's birth being unique BECAUSE it was through the force, and Ki-Adi Mundi being involved in the Acolyte despite not even being born yet (something that I honestly came from the director wanting to bring in an already established character in order to tug at our nostalgia) would not have happened. I'm positive that Acolyte will end with the Sith guy revealing that he wasn't REALLY a Sith, he just wanted to go around telling everybody that he was one, which you can't do. There're SOME stories, like Kingdom Hearts, where you can do that, but not here.

The "droid gun thing" was an actual gun, the one that Yord confiscates in Ep3? Then Mae uses it against her later. Were also just kinda ignoring the giant ass lesbian thread tattoo on Mae's forehead. "Somebody's gonna know.....nobody's gonna know........"

The ironic thing about Disney’s approach to modern entertainment, especially in Star Wars’ case, is that it put in charge incompetent ideologues who disregard and straight up hate the franchise’s roots. Yet, the major reason for Star Wars’ unprecedented success was its ability to draw from age old narrative tropes, archetypes, and Eastern religious/philosophical concepts to reshape them into the mould of Sci-fi, which had steadily been growing in popularity during the 20th century. In short, Star Wars contributed to the creation of a modern mythology by re-contextualising old ideas, effectively bridging the past and the present at a time where society was quickly spinning into meaninglessness and fear of the future. Nowadays, although we are facing similar challenges and loss of meaning, the response from those narcissistic show runners was to blow up that bridge after firing all the people who knew how to build and maintain it. And now they’ve locked themselves into a state of perpetual denial, because they think that as long as they don’t look down into the yawning chasm gravity will not take hold of them. Unfortunately for them, life isn’t a Road Runner cartoon.

The Sith in This Video is Not The Sith Master, He is The Sith Apprentice. So last episode mea decided that her sister is alive she was gonna betray her masterb because her sister were that important, but a couple hours later she's ginna leave that same sister unconscious in the middle of a jungle with man eating bugs and a super power full lunatic on the loose. Yeah that checks out.

Sol never checked to see if Kilnoka was alive or dead, despite how that was the focus of the entire mission. No survivor except for "fake Osha" knows that the Wookie Jedi is dead and Sol will probably not even mention it to his Butch boss, who will probably not even call him on it.

The Master was able to short out the lightsaber blades because his vambraces and helmet are made of pure cortosis. Pure cortosis is extremely energy absorbent, meaning armor can withstand some blaster fire or even lightsaber hits before the person wearing it dies. The biggest strength, obviously, is that any lightsaber blade that hits it will be shorted out for a time lasting between a few seconds to about a minute. The biggest weaknesses are the fact that it's EXTREMELY rare, and that it's very brittle, meaning a few hits with something blunt can break it (as shown when Padawan Watsherface smashed it with the hilt of her saber).

Every time I see Mae and Osha together, the theme for The Omen - Ave Satani - becomes an earworm. Especially when Mae sets fire to Osha’s room. There is something severely wrong with those two characters.

You don’t recover bodies while still in a combat zone. You would call for a recovery team. This isn’t a plot hole, it’s realistic. You would secure the area, recover the bodies and equipment, and not have to worry about being ambushed by your enemy that you didn’t confirm was dead. Not that I know Jedi policy on CASEVAC, just US military, so maybe Jedi are different. The rest of that stuff is plot holes though. I guess we wait to see if Sol knew the whole time that they switched twins and kept quiet for….reasons.

Someone alert General Grievous to use the world between worlds so he can get those lightsabers.

The episode: Sith headbutts lightsabers kaput by way of weird helmet, a move so game changing he wouldn't use any other, ever, against jedi and light saber battles in the future, and would make light sabers obsolete, incredibly lore breaking. endymion: this episode so far my initial reaction is that it's actually a good episode

I know it was confusing for most of us as the rest of the show sucks, but Qimir really made it kind of worth it. Ignoring the obvious racism of making the two asian guys kung fu battle, Q's use of what i think a beskar? to block lightsaber strikes is really unique. I wasnt feeling the chainsawman styling at first, but it grew on me. After he offed the lesbian girl crush and Yord the wannabe cop two at once, i was sold on whatever else he wanted to do. Osha and Mae do stuff, nobody really cares, the main focus of this show is now Qimir and Sol.

The show is rough to say the least but regardless, Qimir doesnt say he is a sith. He said " The Jedi like you might CALL me Sith." He doesnt actually say he is one. But it doesnt even matter. They fucked up really bad. Qimir and that fight scene is the only good thing.. And the best part of all the episodes so far. The second the fighting stops, and the dialogue comes back in, its instantly back to wtf. lolllll

These action scenes literally look like a video game.
