The most unrealistic thing about the Emberverse series, in a world where electricity and other physical phenomena no longer work, metal music dies. That which is dead can never die.
Interesting how some of these songs (Lazarus, Trinity, Into Infinite Obscuary) sound almost like high medieval or renaissance pieces when played on a classical. Beautiful!
Is this classical guitar though? It might be just a vocabulary thing, but I noticed it’s got twelve strings. As far as I know, classical guitars have six strings. This guitar is a twelve-string acoustic, I believe. Correct me if I’m wrong.
@@yunamadsimackomen881 Well youre not wrong, its not a traditional guitar. In all cases however, 12 string guitars just add more sonic depth, where as the classical tone (or any tone for that matter) is defined by the woods used and the nylon strings.
Beautiful acoustic parts, all beautiful played as well! The outro for Dirge of November has a very special place in my heart and that opening is chilling. And Born for Winter... man
@2sich I actually wanted to start recording some acoustic material and your recordings of you acoustic covers always sound do crisp and clear. Would you mind sharing what equipment you use to record your acoustic material. Or any suggestions on what to look for?
Great song selection. I'm especially happy to see Hacride. They are an amazing band but it seems not many people know about them. I recommend checking them out to anybody reading this comment
I love the way she stares into the abyss while playing. and the part she plays the behemoth's intro, damn, gives me the chills. this is some really high quality video. congrats.
Магия какая-то) Угадываешь моё настроение в каждом видео. Приятно осознавать, что есть человек с таким же плейлистом, настроением и вкусами) Спасибо за твои видео, жду следующих с нетерпением!
Before watching this, if someone told me metal could be soothing, I would not have believed them. Well, what a beautiful way to find myself corrected by the internet. This was a lovely soundscape
Awesome....others i really like: At the Gates - and the world returned Withered Beauty - through silent skies Dark Tranquility - the mind's eye Night in Gales - from ebony skies Agathodaimon - yesterday's reprise Annihilator - Crystal ann
I was the older brother so I had to go through a nu metal phase before I found the good shit, it took me a bit longer. I guess I did show my younger sisters stuff like Nile and Cannibal Corpse when they were really young though.
Omg some of your choices are fantastic. Death, Nile, Opeth, Dissection, all those bands have great acoustic tracks and you nailed all of them. I hope you do a part two! 👏🏻
I've been imagining how rock would sound in a world without industrial revolution for a story, so this helps a lot with worldbuilding! It would also be a world without mics, so there's that. You have great skill, thanks for sharing it with the internet's invisible crowd
Всё звучит просто прекрасно, исполнено мастерски, за выбор произведений - отдельные слова восхищения. И то как ты выглядишь - само по себе искусство. Абсолютно гармонична с исполняемой музыкой.
Is quite impressive the fact of your tone, more interesting how the primary affination is D standard, that tells a lot about your tastes, really good tastes, cheers and the best of the best to you
May I suggest you to play Schuldiner's solos from _A Moment Of Clarity_ and _To Forgive Is To Suffer_ ? Thank you so much! BTW is a joy watch you play! Thanks to you I found some musical gem's hidden to me!
This is exactly why I love metal/metal core. Take away the distortion and you still have something beautiful with the same licks. Nice touch with the nylon by the way
