Acquilla Clemons lived on the north side of Tenth Street in Dallas. Clemons was sitting on the porch of her house when she saw Officer J. D. Tippit killed.
Afterwards she claimed that there were two men involved in the attack on Tippit. She later testified in a television documentary that the gunman was a "short guy and kind of heavy". The other man was tall and thin in khaki trousers and a white shirt. She also claimed that Dallas Police warned her not to repeat this story to others or "she might get hurt".
She said she had been visited by the FBI, who decided not to take a statement because of her poor health. Mrs. Clemons suffered from diabetes, hardly a condition to deter efficient investigators from taking a statement. According to two reporters, who visited Mrs. Clemons several years after the assassination, she and her family still spoke with conviction of seeing two men at the scene of the Tippit shooting. Mrs. Clemons' story finds corroboration from another witness, and he too was ignored."
Acquilla Clemons was not called to give evidence to the Warren Commission.

Dealey Plaza - The End of Camelot to see what really happened with all the conspiracy theories. The FBI agent in charge of tracking Marina Oswald James Hostsy harassed her and Ruth Paine unmercifully setting Lee off. They had no idea where Lee was or that he worked at the Texas Book Depository. Lee went to the Dallas Office looking for FBI agent James Hostsy. He was not in. Oswald was screaming and making threats to see him. He handed a note to his secretary to give to him in an envelope, contents not seen. On Friday, November 22 at 12:30 p.m., JFK was shot. On Sunday at 9:30 a.m., November 24, Agent Hostsy and the FBI Station Chief met at the Dallas FBI office and flushed down all notes and information about Oswald and his wife down the toilet. What about that Conspiracy? In my research for Dealey Plaza - The End of Camelot, I went to Swarthmore College Library’s Ruth Paine section. I spent three mornings reviewing Oswald’s information. I viewed a rough draft of a letter Oswald had scribbled on a plain piece of paper that Ruth Paine had found in her house. It was a strange, rambling letter with uneven margins all broken up, revealing a confused state of mind. I have studied people’s handwriting most of my life. His handwriting was unclear, meandering across the page, very childlike, a scribble in places, unsteady with no continuity. His grammar poor. A bizarre letter - wandering, nonsensical. What engrossed me was his “Signature Block.” It was a jumble that screamed an indescribable horror leaping out at me from the page, frightening me, captivating me for minutes. It was like looking into hell only worse. I saw the “Embodiment of Evil,” a horrifying numbing experience, a horror beyond description.

"Saw him pretty many times." Isn't that odd? This was not his patrol route, and he didn't live anywhere near this neighborhood. Several other witnesses said the same thing. One woman said, "Tippit's Car was parked in front of the house where he LIVED." Did Tippit know someone at that house? Is that why he was there? Was he meeting someone there? There are so many other witnesses that were not included in the Warren Commission Investigation. Mrs Holland or Hollum stated she saw a 2nd Police car in the alley that Tippit's car was blocking. The most likely shooter was Jack Ruby, accompanied by his friend, Larry Crawford who was staying at a room in Ruby's Carousel Club. Ruby was short and stocky, Crawford was tall and thin. (Oswald was short and thin.) Ruby's apartment was just three blocks away from the shooting. Crawford threw his white/beige jacket under a car when fleeing. This jacket had a dry-cleaning receipt from a cleaners in Los Angeles. Oswald had never been to LA, but Crawford had recently been there. There is a picture of Crawford in this jacket. On 11/23/63 Larry Crawford hitch-hiked to a remote cabin in Minnesota.

Ruby is a known killer. Am I right? His apartment where he lived with Crawford was three blocks away. Ruby and Crawford fit the descriptions of the two men at the scene PERFECTLY. LHO never shot anyone (just like he said). Jacket matched to Oswald's shirt? What does that even mean? Oswald was never at the Tippit scene, period...just like he was never at the 6th floor window of the TSBD. It would be natural for anyone fleeing the Tippit scene (Crawford) to discard clothing. Criminals do it all the time. How do you explain the FACT that Officer Westbrook "found" LHO's ID at the Tippit scene? Woops.... LHO had it with him when arrested at the theater, too. Lol. The setups are all painfully obvious to anyone paying attention. Ruby and Crawford were known criminals and Ruby had DPD/FBI/Mob ties. LHO was a fake Russian defector (I'm sure you're aware that CIA/ONI had a fake defector program in 1960). When he returned here he was more useful to the CIA as a patsy...exactly what Lee said he was. Get over it.@@aaronz7056

@@aaronz7056why would Oswald have on a jacket? There are no photos ever shown showing him in the habit of wearing one. I live in Texas and can tell you that there rarely is ever a need for a jacket, and there certainly wasn't that day. Most men in the crowd in the crowd were in shirt sleeves, the car was open and no one was wearing winter clothes. Only one of the photos given in public evidence shows him wearing anything other than a Tshirt is when Ruby shot him. He had a sweater on then. I think there was a photo of him at the book depository in a white shirt. The whole problem that you and every other person that thinks as you have is the admission of Dallas Co sheriff that they really didn't have the evidence to convict him of anything. The other thing that chaps my rosey red derriere about you folks is the idea that someone who had just shot and killed the POTUS would walk to a bus stop, catch a city bus away from the scene and hang around in his neighborhood. Look maybe you think someone who learned Russian in a year's time well enough to speak it somewhat fluently is stupid, but I don't concur. One might get away that way murdering an ordinary citizen, but it was anything but ordinary. Witnesses by the dozens were ignored/not included in the investigation that contradicted every assessment the WC proposed--witnesses who just year's before were in combat in WWII. They testified to multiple locations and multiple shots. The 1st hit the pavement missing the target completely. Then you have the physically impossible idea that Jack's head exploded and a goodly portion of his skull went backwards caused by being struck from the rear. Anybody who knows rudimentary ballistics knows it AINT SO. Many witnesses reported hearing two shots fired close enough together that they almost sounded as one, a physical impossibility for even a semiautomatic rifle much less that Italian pos war surplus. Those witnesses were war veterans mostly well versed in the sound of rifle fire in combat. No, my friend, I'm a shooter who rolls his own well versed in small arms ballistics. I've shot fuzzy tailed rats running through hardwoods in E TN & MIDDLE TN. It's hard enough to find and hit a moving target using iron sights. With that pos that Oswald owned and its tube sight, it would be next to impossible to put two kill shots out of 3/4/6 (depending on which group of witnesses you believe) into JFK. Given all the high muckyups that hated Jack, head of FBI, freshly fired head of the CIA, the Joint Chiefs, LBJ, organized criminals--you name it--everybody who was somebody in DC wanted Kennedy dead and were very vocal about it. Then you want suggest that I should take the word of the main suspect/s who were guilty of the assassinations of dozens of world leaders all over the world, hawks in Congress and the Pentagon not wanting peace as a topic with a POTUS talking of nothing but, and, as far as CIA ops go it, went about as good as they ever did. Come on, get real.

His learning Russian in decent time is "evidence" he wouldn't have made dumb mistakes during his little killing spree??????? You seem unaware blood and gore went in all directions, splattering everybody seated forward in the limo as they all firmly testified. Any idiot just watching Zapruder's film will clearly see several seconds separate each of the 3 shots, for crying out loud. All bullets and fragments ever found were matched to Oswald's rifle. Connally's said the shots all came from behind. Victims' reactions in Zapruder's film clearly demonstrate they are hit by the same bullet, and ergo from behind. Victims' wounds demonstrably line up on a perfect trajectory, tracking straight back to the window. View of the entry wound on Connally's back would have been demonstrably blocked by Kennedy's body, the same bullet has to have gone through both of them, and ergo, from behind. Kennedy's massive exit wound seen exploding at the temple is consistent only with a shot from behind. Autopsy shows the shots came from behind. Parkland doctors had no particular problem with the autopsy photos demonstrating the shots came from behind. Witnesses a few fee directly under the window firmly said the shots all came from directly overhead. You are bursting blood vessels straining to let Oswald off the hook.

Even if somebody sees Oswald walking fast or jogging that doesn't apply that he shot tippet,who Oswald already knows, Oswald obviously figured out he may be getting framed here ,he knows there's bad guys with guns around after him and tippet could certainly be one of them he has a gun, Tippet,he's involved in the plot 3:34 ,that's why he's in that area he's after Oswald,before the all points boulevard was put out,yea he might duck around a corner or building,or start to jog fast, they got to shut him up,so he don't talk, and they gotta kill tippet so he don't talk,tippet was another patsy.

Okay: -He’s leading Ms Clemons! -He’s not going into any depth beyond what he wants Mrs. Clemons to portray (eg. what were you doing when you heard the shots.) -He’s not asking obvious questions that would diminish her veracity (eg. how far away were you from the shooting? In truth she was 300 feet away!) -Her observations were made from far away and her descriptions were probably mistaken (ie. the ‘bushy haired man’ was a perfect description of Domingo Benavides.) -Mrs. Clemons is not answering the questions naturally. She answered the questions without any thought as if she knew what was coming-as if she’d been primed to answer a certain way-unnatural witness response. -A prosecution lawyer would have a field day with her and her responses! If you’d like more I could go further but this video has many potential problems. There’s no way a defense lawyer would put her on the stand giving this type of testimony!

My question is; why didn’t the conspirators save themselves a lot of trouble and give Mark Lane a permanent dirt nap? I mean, he’s bringing all these people forward, making the conspirators have to hunt them down-like Roger Craig, David Ferrie, that hooker-to silence them. Why didn’t they just silence him. It would have been easy. He wasn’t that famous, he was wandering around openly, he was actively recruiting whistleblowers, so why didn’t the conspirators just silence him instead of someone like Mrs. Clemons? Think about it…

@@aaronz7056there were actually 4 slugs removed from Tippit’s body, all from an automatic pistol. So I was wrong before. Some say they definitely saw Oswald fleeing the scene, others say they saw a short, fat man and a tall, skinny man leaving in different directions. Also, it was always very obtuse about how Clint Hill got onto the back of the car with Jackie. Earlier windows of the footage show him riding on the side of the back up car. Somehow he managed to run up and jump on JFK's car stepping onto the bumper footstand and leaping onto the back of the car. Many accounts had him somehow walking along. So many strange stories. Strange these bumper stands were never brought up or revealed in the hundreds and hundreds of footage and photos I saw about the assasination. The bumper stands that were not there are there. Very mysterious. The hand rail to hang on is clearly visible on the right side of the car. More disproven conspiracy stories. It just goes on and on. Emory Roberts rode shotgun in the back up car head of the Secret Service Detail that day at Dealey Plaza. When the President got shot, Emory Roberts was in charge thereafter. Nobody ever talks about that. He took charge of everything, and immediately got Johnson onto Air Force One to leave Dallas and be sworn in going to Washington or if necessary a safe place to protect him. Emory was my neighbor in Wheaton, Md. on Holdridge Rd. Most of this is in Dealey Plaza - The End of Camelot by William Wells In the early morning it was scheduled to rain in Dallas and the Secret Service was setting up to install the canopy on the car. The forecast changed and the President wanted to be seen by the crowds, and besides the President did not want ir put on. So it was not put on. So as to not make JFK negligent in his death, it was bandied about that there were no foot stands on the rear of the car for Secret Service to ride on. Clearly you can see two foot stands on the rear bumper of the car with handrails to hang on. Clint Hills is stepping on one to get onto the back of the car to be with Jackie. There is just bogus story after bogus story surrounding JFK's assasination. Want to talk about a podcast or movie about TWA Flight 800. It changes history. I was personally involved with it.

@aaronz7056 Are you a bot? We are expected to believe Oswald pulled off two monumental crimes within 40 minutes of each other and was miraculously able to get away from both of the crime scenes, only to be caught sitting at a movie theater... This woman contradicts the official Tippit story. And as for JFK, we have common sense as the evidence: One person cannot fire that many shots, and do that much damage, to two people, at a sniper's distance, in a moving vehicle, with a BOLT ACTION RIFLE, and still hit the target, in that short span of time. Do you know how a BOLT action rifle works? Do you know how long it takes a person to re-attain aim between each shot? Answer those questions please. This would make LHO a better rifleman than any other human being on the planet.
@aaronz7056
@aaronz7056 7 месяцев назад
@@kalyddessalines769 No, I just see value in alerting the unwary to when they are being misled by conspiracy theorists so paranoid they assume anybody not on board for this crackpot rubbish must be a "bot." Oswald's timing: Oswald managed to get out of Dealey Plaza, he panicked and shot the first cop to approach him, he was seen trying to hide from passing police and seen ducking into the theater to dodge more passing police, you can't figure this out? Clemons' story: "This woman" didn't even see the actual shooting and her words make it clear she saw at best a shooter and a bystander who was almost certainly Benavides or Cimino. You neglected to mention that other witnesses much closer to Tippit than Clemons firmly said there was but one shooter, and in fact nearly a dozen witnesses ID'd Oswald as the man they saw shoot Tippit and flee. The same Oswald caught red-handed minutes later trying to shoot a second cop and who observed, "Well, they say it only takes a minute to die" after asking about the penalty for cop-killing. The same Oswald who owned and was in possession of the revolver to which the shells from the crime scene were matched. Oswald's rifle: Victims' reactions in Zapruder's film clearly demonstrate 3 shots over 8-9 seconds. That's child's play for a Mannlicher Carcano. Oswald's wife saw him practice with that bolt-action rifle for hours on end. For just two examples, you can see Josiah Thompson in Who Killed President Kennedy and John K. Lattimer in Beyond Conspiracy easily operate that kind of gun within that time frame. Oswald scored 18 out of 20 in rapid fire at targets 200 yards away as per his Marines scorecard and Kennedy was a slow-moving target a maximum of 88 yards away. All bullets and fragments ever found were matched to Oswald's rifle. Witnesses a few feet under the sixth floor window firmly said all 3 shots came from directly over their heads ("Boom, click, click, boom, click, click, boom, click, click...").

If Oswald did not shoot Tippit, obviously he has to have been framed. Conspiracy theorists have to explain how the people framing him, assuming they don't want to blow the whole thing and end up confirming a conspiracy is operating, could possibly have known: a) Oswald would immediately flee the TSBD b) Oswald would successfully escape Dealey Plaza c) Oswald owned a revolver d) where the revolver was e) Oswald would obtain the revolver f) Oswald would retain the revolver g) Oswald would decide at the last minute to put on a jacket h) Oswald would discard the jacket in the streets before his arrest i) Oswald was guaranteed to go to Oak Cliff at all j) an imposter who looks so much like him he is guaranteed to fool the nearly dozen Oak Cliff witnesses who ID Oswald needs to be hanging around 10th and Patton k) a cop will be driving at 10th and Patton at exactly the right moment to plausibly place Oswald at the scene l) the imposter can be certain Oswald has not yet been caught m) the imposter can be certain Oswald is definitely in the neighbourhood n) the cop won't simply outdraw and capture the imposter, blowing the whole plot then and there o) no other cop will capture the imposter p) nobody will ever see the imposter again q) Oswald will be seen trying to hide from passing police r) a shoe store clerk will be suspicious enough of him to follow him down the street s) Oswald will be seen ducking into the theater to dodge more passing police t) Oswald will be caught red-handed trying to shoot a second cop u) Oswald will fight so violently 3 officers will be injured just disarming him v) Oswald will observe, "Well, they say it only takes a minute to die" after asking about the penalty for cop-killing w) they can safely count on exactly the right ballistics experts to obey illegal orders to falsify evidence and make themselves accessories x) they can safely count on witnesses to perjure themselves as long as they live y) they can count on every police officer at the theater to obey illegal orders to perjure themselves and make themselves accessories z) the Dallas PD will be on board for the successful escape from justice of the "real killers" of a decorated police officer with a wife and 3 children...
