No, I have never listed this property before. Thank you! That means a lot. The other one you may be referring to was on Straight Arrow Rd and had a well, pond and shipping container and was the same price. It has since sold.

Water right issues? Not sure what you mean. CA has a riparian water right, only 1 of two states that do. Thank you for your comments. I don't have a title report yet but typically half of the mineral rights are reserved in this area.

Not that I have noticed. I will also tell you that I am not involved in the construction or development side of things. You would think no one lives here based off all the CA hate people leave. This area of CA is not like the rest and no one understands that unless they have lived here. This is basically the last affordable area of CA. Very little industry here so big money and tech are absent which means there is still land available which means the prices will be lower. Supply, demand, and location among the smaller attributes make up the price. Yes, there is also politics which is what everyone is really upset about, not CA itself.

Guaranteed there is less than a 1% chance you'd be able to get home owners or fire insurance on this lot, unfortunately. And if you are lucky enough to find a company to insure you, be prepared to pay outrageous prices. The property definitely has potential as a hunting property, but that about it.

Reason for the price is its in the state of CA. Taxpayers are trying to flee the state of CA. not move into the state. Similar to North Korea- many want to leave, only a few move into the state.

Much of California is still experiencing very high property & home prices - because of DEMAND and lack of available property/homes (in areas of high employment) to meet that demand. The reason for the (relative) lower price of properties in the area that’s shown here (in video) is because of the great distance this region is from major hubs of business/employment. That’s the only reason.

No Sir, it’s not a good idea to buy in CA. due to the Socialist government that maintains a strange on the state. We’ve seen what the Socialist have done to Trump with his businesses in NY. It’s selective enforcement of both actual laws in addition to fabricated laws. The only reason for demand is the “new comers” flooding across the border. I’m a SoCal native that left in. 05. Last thing CA got from me was the middle finger as I took my belongings & taxable income to a fly over state. Best decision I’ve ever made was to get out of CA.

I hope that guy or someone put a CAP on the well to keep small animals from falling in and drowning or dying of starvation if the well is dry. Even a small child could fall down an open well that wide. How STUPID to have an open pipe sticking up like this.

The pipe is actually pretty small, 5 to 6 inches wide. The well isn't dry as I put a camera down there in the video, sorry you missed it. I'll put a cover on it next time I go out to the area.

Wouldn't mind living in the state I was born and raised in but it's changed a lot! Biggest thing is the governments attitude towards the protection of the Constitution of the United States, specifically the 2nd Amendment. When I was young there in the 70's you could buy semi-auto rifles that were mil surplus froma barrel in the store!! Under $50. Shows how much the state has gone down hill. #ProtectThe2nd

Born & raised in So. Cal from a Montana based family. (conceived there, should have grown up there!!) Living here in my early years was awesome! Still tons of open land in every direction when I was a kid! Still living on the outskirts, and looking to relocate! I'm almost 63, so do the math. Trust me, San Diego does have it's benefits. Only an hour between mountains & coast. If you fish, hunt or even camp..you'll understand!! Always something to chase or catch, and some decent glamping / camping too. Quite honestly, it's goobers like this guy, and the majority of left wing-nuts that reside here, that drag this state even further down!! Yes, they go up as you improve the property because it is worth more. It is still taxed at 1 to 1.25% of the assessed value. This isn't LA.
