They are very hard to see without snow and during hot smoky weather. I thought I put in one of the pictures in the video. Sorry if I missed it. My website does have the photos of Mt. Shasta with the snow on it. MountainValleyLand.com
Then this is the time to buy. If you wait later when there are no CA haters left, then the prices will be much higher, right? I'm not going to buy stocks when it's all rosy with new all time highs, I will buy when no one wants to. Makes perfect sense to me.
What do you know about the new pre manufactured ADU’s or Homes like Boxable? Can these be dropped on the property as is once you get the well and septic system in?
@@MountainValleyRealEstate that would be good to know because it would get more people into properties and homes faster than building a house from scratch
I seriously doubt that, too much development in the area. I heard they are concentrated further north in Siskiyou County from what law enforcement says, near the Oregon border.
Geez... SMH. I don't usually read comments but under this video I did and I wish that I hadn't. It is very disconcerting to read so many opinionated comments from people who are drowning in propaganda. Not only that, the same people obviously didn't bother watching the video or reading the information in the description! It is shocking when you realize that so many people have chosen intentional ignorance and fear over self education and critical thinking. 🤦
You are right on with that! I know it is very sad. I think some people need an outlet to vet their frustrations with whatever is going on in their lives. I guess my Channel is a sort of dumping ground to get things off your chest. LOL
If you want to open up a mining operation, there is always the other property I mentioned in the video, it even has two named mines on it. Something for everybody here.
Isnt this the creek that has Toxic out-flow from a mine?! Isn’t it a Super-fund site because it’s so very bad? Isn’t that piece of property , with the High Toxicity, also for sell by you? Egads, if true. Surely you would disclose such information, Yes?
This is not the Hwy 299 properties which you are referring to. This one is in a completely different area. Yes, I would disclose if this was a Super-Fund site or the like. By the way, those Hwy 299 properties are going to be cleaned up by the EPA I recently found out by the owner. In addition, how are they going to get to those properties? I bridge across the creek or go the back way in? Either way should help increase the value of those properties I would think. The tough access is what is holding those Hwy 299 properties back. The creek on those properties is called Little Cow Creek.
I heard the other day that some CA vineyards are going belly up because there is a over supply of grapes and imported cheap wine that CA wineries are mixing with theirs. Having or planting a vineyard is not a good idea right now.
Yeah, as a mushroom hunter, I dream of getting a forested chunk like this... Or at least having plenty of friends that grant me permission to hunt on it. I'd even be willing to teach 'em about hunting fungi on their land...
Wild fox grape , a type of concord , edible for sure , Have eaten many , they go well with sardines in hot sauce , Cheese and crackers . Even transplanted some from the mountains to my home in the valley below that area . . Those were well watered don't usually get them that big in the wilds .
@@MountainValleyRealEstate i've seen a couple of old remnants of cabins out in the desert in SoCal… Look pretty similar… probably well over 100 years old
I don't have a crystal ball unfortunately, but if inflation is at a certain percent each year you can do the math on that alone. It seems like everything goes up over time.
Beautiful property. Would suite me well as a getaway for my camper. I grew up in California. Really miss it. But, due to high taxes, liberal politics, and tyrannical anti 2nd amendment laws, I escaped California 30 years ago. Sadly, until those things change, which is probably never, I won't go back.
No, predators are afraid of humans. They run off way before you can ever see them. It was probably a mountain lion. If we had grizzly bears, then I would be afraid, but we don't.
