Join us for some Acro Yoga Basics! Take it slow as we move through Bird and a Backbend.

Take a few minutes with a partner and see if you can work on these couple of simple moves.
Have fun, play around! Would suggest giving yourself plenty of room to fall (i.e don't do this near any furniture, maybe in a park with nice soft grass) and always have an exit strategy! Make sure to stay in constant communication with your partner and be prepared to fall on each other and have some fun!
