Enjoying gaining proficiency with with different techniques this month. I didn't know aa pallet knife was such a versatile tool. Thank you for sharing all this fantastic knowledge!
I love the color choices and composition. Just the right amount of contrast, but still reads as a light painting. Going to practice some knife work, while thinking “parallel, parallel, parallel.”
Pallet knife!!!!!! It really does take practice. Do I know what I’m doing with it……. no……. But am I learning and having fun….. YES!!!! This was fun today cinnamon thank you so much!! 💚
🌬🎨Here I go 🎉getting ready to do mine right Now! I love the colors. I might do another one after this with different colors just because I just made a big order of Golden paints. So I can use up my old ones from last year. I'm taking your advice and I ordered the Golden. I do use Golden white. But I been using the liqutex Basic's. My guess is if the pigments are stronger than hopefully they will last just as long as the 4 0z 🙏🙏🌬💕
@@TheArtSherpa 🌬🎨YOU KNOW I WIL 🌬🎨I been painting everyday. I'm a day behind. And only one painting I have not done YET !! BUT I PROMISE YOU I'M DOING ALL 30 DAY'S CHALLENGE. I Usually paint ( Try ) everyday. But this Abstract Challenge is AWESOME. I OWE THIS ALL TO YOU AND JOHN XOXO I FEEL LIKE WE KNOW EACH OTHER. AND I SURE WOULD LOVE TO GO TO THAT RETREAT. 😘💕🙏😇
This one was fun! I did it right after the poppies, so it was a nice energy change. Definitely want to try this one again for more knife practice. Those skills are coming along slowly but surely 😊
so i understand that painting your art helps to learn the techniques and how to do them .. but.. if we were to start with a blank canvas and make our own can you do a video about how to decide, where to start and go about creating our own abstract seems like lots of different types of abstract .. should we have something in mind or do we go by what we feel ? can we mix different type of abstracts..
