LongHairPrettyNails I love the metallics, I have a ton of them. They are a bit tricky though, you need a very smooth surface or every little imperfection will show up. I really like the one you used here and I love the steam punk/clock works, I just ordered some of them the other day with the little doohickey to bend them so they fit the curve of my nail. So as always I love this set but I was surprised you didn't go green for St.Patty's day. 🍀 Edit: Wow, I had no idea. All my metallic polishes are regular ones, the gel one you used seemed even more tricky, I wonder are they all like that or if it was just that colour. Gorgeous colour regardless so it'd be worth the difficulties, lol!

I just have to say for someone who was self taught you do amazing work ( I've been watching recently different videos) i went to cosmetology school for 2 years and can't do anything like this shoot i can't even do acrylics and i study that. Your amazing and i love watching your videos.
If it helps, you could lightly bend those gears to fit the nail better so you’re not using so much acrylic to cap. Hope that helps! :) Love your work!!!! Keep it up hon!!!
Beautiful! One tip tho, if you curve the gear with a charmbender or even on the barrel of your brush it will hug the nail better and you'll be able to create a more slender nail with less bulk.

I binge watch your videos daily. I've never had a proper manicure and I know zero about nail art in itself although I've learned a lot from watching and I'm really inspired. Your crystals always look amazing, I'm curious though, do you keep them to recycle for other nail arts or do you simply discard them? They're so pretty and it seems such a waste to get rid of them. Keep up the amazing work!

Ohhh.... You did the cogs and stuff nail long before Nail Career Education did. Have a look at hers. They look awesome. She had to bend the little cog pieces to fit. Very different to yours. Love the foil you've used in it.
