Hi Linda! So thankful I found your channel. I’m experimenting now with Abstract Expressionism on various size canvas and paper. Can’t wait to play with the techniques you’ve shared - especially the Monoprinting. I love that you talk about working with children and can see how you could use the techniques with them. But in the end when we’re being creative aren’t we all just kids? Be well!

Thank for for your kinds comments! If we could all just be kids again when we are creating that would be great. I started by working with children and then moved to using these techniques with adults and loved watching them loosen up and enjoy the process without worrying so much about the end product. I would students make a bunch of painted and printed papers and then share them all to collage with. This process brings great results for kids and adults. Thanks again. Have a great day!

Great work Linda. Thank you for sharing this video with all of us. I'm wondering about your base paper..it is not moving around at all and it doesn't look like you taped it down. How did you get it to stay so firm and still?
