There could literally be volumes written on the subject of Managing Rental Property. But I do believe that you covered nearly every aspect on the subject! I was busy during the live but i watched the replay. Love watching your style of painting. I've patties for years but not this year. My husband has cancer, my health is not good and my daughter had been sick. My daughter passed away in September and I've just been devastatied. Can't seem to get passed it but i love watching you and Cinnamon. Merry Christmas to you and Jon... may God bless you both richly.

That was fun yesterday. We are waiting for our dishwasher today from noon to 6pm so will not plan on going live. I will film it however, and post it some other time. but they may come at noon??
What I found most interesting about the two paintings today was that one looked so much wider than the other even though they were on the same size canvas. I learned a lot about how you lay out your painting to make it look one way or another just by seeing you paint these two side by side. I was also amazed that you could paint two different paintings and still tell us stories at the same time! Incredible! Thank you both once again for inviting us in to spend an afternoon with you. I enjoyed it so much.
