I love this galactic beauty! Chloe, the music you use as a background soundtrack always adds to the relaxation of watching you paint. I'm curious to know, do you listen to such music as you are creating your art?

Whoa... Starting on a black canvas? I've never seen that before!! The whole painting looks so real and perfect I can't believe you painted this!!

@Flame of Shadows You must not have ever watched Bob Ross as he painted on his television show The Joy of Painting. He died in 1995 but his show was on for 11 years prior, and you can still find it in syndication and on a few streaming services. He did sometimes start with a canvas that he'd completely covered with black jesso or other black paint. His work was amazing, as is Chloe's. He didn't use background music, as he spoke while he painted, but he had the gentlest, most soft-spoken speech that was every bit as relaxing. I hope you get a chance to locate and watch some of his work sometime. His shows always lasted a half hour. I'd bet you'd enjoy them. 🙂

@@barbarac8422 I have seen some of Bob Ross's work and I really like his paintings as well as his walk through in his signature calm voice and the trees in every picture. 😂 But I haven't seen enough to watch him start on a black canvas, which is still incredible to me! Thank you for telling me this!

Having a safe place to return to and feel at peace is really important, even if your scenarios are different, I can always feel the same strong feeling, that feeling that reaches the heart and makes me smile like this 😌 thinking "Oh yes, now I I feel good, now I feel calm."
