ACS Composite Deck Lid Spoiler Guide - 16-21 Camaro 

Thanks for the video, replaced my stock SS spoiler with a OEM ZL1 spoiler and it was very easy, the worst parts were the upper middle 10mm bolt and getting the spoiler "unstuck" from the lid of the trunk.

You made my install alot easier, big thanks.

I would suggest adding a little plumbers tape around the bolts, as that will help to keep the nut secure. That's what I always do and never have any problems with the bolts loosening up. Your Camaro looks Beautiful.

On the 2017, SS convertible there are 2 little boxes with a wire going op and into the spoiler, one on each end. Do you know what this is for?

GM does not sell the stock spoiler gaskets separately. if you want to remove your spoiler and want to reinstall, you have to order a new spoiler.( the gaskets are already attached to the spoiler). spoilers are 375. primed, 425 factory painted.

Hi Lethal, quick question, when removing the stock spoiler, are the screws from that spoiler used for the acs spoiler? or were you given hardware. I just received a spoiler from street scene and it only requires 3m tape but i want to drill holes where the factory holes are. Are the screws from oem spoiler reusable? thank you!

Hey Matt, what did they do about the oem adhesive when they pulled your spoiler off to wrap it a while back? Did you need new strips?

I have a question if I bought a 1SS , i want the Bose sound system in my camaro. Is it possible to purchase all of the stuff and make it Bose instead of the stock sound system? Would the computer system mess up?

Matt, Question, does the entire spoiler sit flush against the deck-lid? Did you put any film(Expel,3M) between the spoiler and the painted surfaces(I know you didn't or you would have stated it in the video) to keep the spoiler from rubbing? ....remember the issues with the stock spoiler on the Gen5's rubbing paint off(lack of gasket material). It may not be an issue, only you would know from your observation when installing it. Just curious. Good video!

Can you tell me the name of the turnscrew tool? I can't remove the two screws in the middle. I may need to buy a tool like yours. @LethalGarage

I just tested fitted my ACS spoiler. It looks like I have about a 1/4" gap from the front side to the actual deck lid. Is yours the same way. I can not seem to find any front view pictures. If there is no gap, I need to contact Phastek

this makes the rear end go from an eye soar to good looking. that stock wing does not look good on the camaro at all.

How is it performance wise? Did they make it to perform similarly to the stock spoiler or is it simply cosmetic
