This is the first time I have ever seen or even heard of this game, and I'm honestly surprised it's not more well known. This is one of the most hilarious 'so bad it's good' games I've ever seen, and it's by Konami to boot. How is it not in some kusoge hall of fame?
@@acarr9377 I can’t wait. from the first guy body blasting horizontally through a wall, to the cutscene with the shuriken in his head, to the two guys busting out a salute to a dead man, and with all that being the cherry on top of the gameplay and concept of two cops literally beating the hell out of anyone that crosses them, I can’t wait to see what’s in store
@@FMecha No, it's not Punch Mania, because that used light up targets placed in front of the monitor. This uses the "mark" system that was used in Mocap Boxing.
Surprisingly, the bosses went freakin' super saian at their second phases, and some of them are funny (to me anyway), and when the modes switched, it felt like a new play-action was unlocked.

And the character designs came from the same character designer Takahiko Shimada, who previously designed characters from World Combat (Warzaid) in 2002/2003, the characters especially the one and only Jake Terry from Wartran Troopers back in 2004, the characters of Paintball Mania in 2005

Yes, that definitely is the same area. I believe that the main character in this game is also supposed to look like Sergeant Terry from Wartran Troopers too. He is called "Jake Terry" after all.
This is similar to Time Crisis 5, where there was an earlier version that was missing some stages. Currently, the rest of the game is not yet playable on PC.
I thought it's supposed to be a shooting game not a hand to hand combat game. Okay now I understand the shooting game but hand-to-hand combat it's kind of cool.
I can't say what the best setup would be for you, but I used a gamepad with the left triggers and dpad up for the left hand and the right triggers for the right hand. I used the mouse for the shooting sections and the driving sections. The driving part didn't fully work the way I had it set. While it makes more sense to use the left joystick for driving, I wasn't able to get it working that way.
