The customer was asking for paper napkins only. Unlike the west, KFC is a fancy restaurant for Pakistanis where people come to make happy memories and deeper family bonding. This behavior is totally unacceptable. Boycott or no boycott, this salesman must be fired immediately. KFC should also press charges against him for mentally assaulting its customers and defaming the restaurant.

I think you should keep in mind that many people are employed here , who have nothing to do with anything happening, they are working a job to live life. Instead of commenting , go open something like KFC and give these people jobs. Once you take the whole staff and give them jobs , KFC wont be able to operate.Boycotting doesn't save Palestine just destroys jobs in your own country.
I have worked in KFC in London, to those who are telling the employee was rude, let me tell you guys this is the most difficult job to do , clearly something had happened prior that employees was so worked up and he loose his temper.
