My husband has a track chair and absolutely loves it!! He is able to drive it down to the barn which he was not able to do before. Plus he can be outdoors with our grandchildren when they come for a visit. It has given him such freedom that he had not had before he had the track chair. He can drive it out in the woods too. Now that morel mushrooms are going to start showing up in the woods, he has the freedom & the luxury of going out there searching for them. I'm happy for him.
I love my ATC i can get anywhere i need to go now. These are a must have for anyone with a disability or walking issues! Hunting fishing or camping is a breeze with the track chair.
I would love to have something like this. I was very active outdoors before I wound up in a chair. it is sad that there is no possible way to get the VA to buy something like this ( they only supply indoor, and "town" chairs) I live in an area with tons of outdoor sports, and activities that I can never go out with my kids to enjoy anymore. these are outstanding, but way out of the budget for us VA pension broke guys.
@@MoBrownCow just last year the VA finally bought me a semi off road chair ( Frontier V6 from Magic Mobility) and it has really opened up my activities a ton. still want a track chair but at least I can get out in the woods a bit now.
I understand , I have only one left leg , and right leg is cut off above the knee. Also the left leg dose not work, but I could really use a track chair because I really miss hunting and we all know a track chair is ideal for the real outdoors. But trying to buy one is the problem, I can only hope some day a track chair shows up on my door step. If Trump was still President, I'm sure he would make it possible for Veterans to be able to have the track chair for know cost.
