Action and Stuff is surprisingly faithful to Minecraft Dungeons from its animations and even texture changes like explosions & projectiles hence the creeper doesn't have white pixels on it.
Fresh Animation is simpler, but it already makes a big difference in the game, and gives a similar appearance to the trailers, on the other hand, Actions and Stuff are more focused on facial expressions and reactions, almost cartoonish, making the mobs livelier than before, like Ravager's stun animation.
Its feels more complete, it also helps that the animations also apply in first person for the player, something that literally no animation for player character does
The thing is its much harder to do something like this for java because in bedrock its already with bone physics (we can see that in normal minecraft maps for example the anniversary) and in java you need to change a lot more
@@PerryPines Fresh Animations still feels like Minecraft unlike the more recent official mods, those are too weird. The Angry Birds mod had DIAGONAL WALLS FOR some of the houses! That doesn't match at all with the blocky worlds of Vanilla.
Actions & stuff have their own uniqe animations for quite literally every mob, even the fire balls from Blaze and ghast are uniqe! Drinking potions literally, anything you can think of even EATING COOKED COD the cutest thing in actions & stuff has to be the axolotol in a bucket
Yes, actions & stuff moving things to the bedrock marckeplace, I don't know when they will announce that it has arrived or if it will be free or paid, what I do know is that it is good
Action & stuff is better simply because it's not a mod you need a special game launcher for or behavior pack. It's literally just a resource pack you can use on any server
Actions & Stuff did better and one the best features they have is when the player isn't using their shield on fpp mode, it won't block the ¼ of the screen
Yes, when I saw that I thought it was a bug in Minecraft or in the resource pack, until I noticed that it was like that on purpose and I honestly wouldn't care if the shield worked like that in vanilla.

Idk, the reason it might look underwhelming is due to the effects not being there. But that's just due to there being mods that already add those type of effects and adding them to a Java resource pack just isn't worth it.
@@TazAlonzo this is 2 mods against each other not one addon and then a mod pack On their own Fresh is embarrassing for Java and I hope they get A&S soon for their sake
@@SteelOnyxYT us Java players will never get A&S, some of the animations for java are hardcoded while in bedrock you can change everything. its a shame really, but most of the features are already in java (as separate texture packs and mods however)
actions & stuff is much better than fresh animations. In fresh animation it seems like the characters aren't very animated, they don't have much of a reaction
I remember when fresh animations was considered the best expressive resource pack lol, better stuff will get released overtime and will be an upgrade always. Im sure fresh was an inspiration for actions n stuff too.
