Thank you! The instructions failed to mention the position horizontally and vertically. Mine was 2 across and 10 down for AUX (2015 GLA45 AMG W/ Navi - 4.7). I was almost ready to send it back because there was no sound before this. Now it works flawlessly.

FYI, on all pre facelift 08 to 2010 C300 with no factory navigation. The only way you can switch AUX off is by pressing the DISC button on your stereo console this will take you to the AUX setting on the screen, from there you can switch it on/off.

I ask my question in case someone can answer me, I have a mercedes c230 2009, with NGT 4.0 and I installed my screen, I went to the factory settings and I tried different checkings and stuff but my screen sound doesn't work, original radio sound works fine, but if I put spotify on the screen it doesn't work, the only time the sound worked is when 'someone calls me, the screen ringing is on. Everything else works on the device. Thank you !
You can check if you was connected the aux cable / Ami cable, also make a correct settings in factory setup menu, then when play the music in android menu, make sure to choose the “ aux “ in original menu, then back to android menu and play music
@@conanFtW1 I gave up, just connected 11 to 12 didn`t use 16 and manually select Aux, if ever. The Chinese should use native English speakers to write their instruction material!

I have a 2014 E550 4matic Sedan! Is anyone having a connection problem with phone calls? When someone calls me or I call them they say they cant hear me? It don't happen all the time, but it does happen and they have to call me back, or I call them then it's clears? Is there a setting on my iPhone 12 max pro or a setting on the Android 11 that will fix it? I had the front camera put on my Benz and when I put it in drive and the camera was scrolling but there was a setting to fix it so Im wandering could this also be a setting for the phone calls?

Try going to settings on the car android screen and adjust microphone intensity. See if it remains at the same level during/after calls. Slide to positive values, right of zero. I had a similar problem
you should ask your seller, our model is this code, in the market, there are different models, it come from different factories, but many end user always took it all the same...

I connected USB but how do I setup AUX position? I can see the radio recognized by the system as USB AUX, I can see the song playing on the screem, but no audio.@@HifimaxOfficial
