@@kevinclelland8017 There should only be a delay when playing a video from the phone out through the screens Bluetooth. But if you play a video direct from the screen, there is no delay. This is just how the tech is set up in most cars. Even the new teslas work this way.

@@accessoriesinternationalin6358 Hey, i installed a android screen today in my 2018 cla, everything is working fine but when I play a video from the screen (not Bluetooth) I get a 2-3 second delay between audio and video. Do you know a fix, thanks

Try a reset. Hold a pin into the upper left hole on the left edge of screen for 5 seconds.

@@accessoriesinternationalin6358 yes I tried that but nothings happens sadly. Now someone on here told me to disconnect the main wire for a sec, but I don't know if it's the thick one behind the original radio? if that the power wire?. I'm so afraid mount is broken. Out of the blue the screen went black :(

@@foxylooksbyvirginia If the reset didn’t do the trick, I assume there may be a deeper issue with the screen. May need an update or replacement from your retailer.

@@kevinclelland8017 This is a setting that must be altered in the OEM Mercedes engineering mode.
