OMG! I did the other crown chakra guided meditation from this channel which doesn't have a picture of the chackra in the thumbnail like this one. thank you. while I was breathing, it became darker (its veryyyy sunny outside), I didnt see dark, I saw a purple light. it stayed there for 10 seconds and then the light of the sun came back, this happened also while chanting. is this a bad sign?
Thank you so much for this mediation. Can you please tell me why my dogs get so freaked out when I meditate? It has gotten so bad that I cannot finish any mediation without one of them jumping on me taking me out of the relaxation of the mediation. I have two dogs and they both become freaked out. Why?

First day I felt extremely angry out of nowhere, couldn't stop crying, horrible headache, hearing loss, paranoid, and I had some sort of vision of my skin rotting I read into it and you can get like that if you do it while your other chakras are not aligned. It was horrible
