It works I put 3 magnets with each pulling 95lb from harbor freight, best part if u go in gated community u can leave np. Before , I would get stuck in the gated sub divisions and had to wait for another car to show up so I could leave.

Does anyone know how far up from the road the magnets need to be? I have a GY6 scooter that looks like a Honda Grom so it's higher than these typical scooters.

Hello my scooter magnets are 7 inches from the ground with 100lb Strong Round Magnet if your scooter level is higher place a stronger magnets like this ones amzn.to/44bIkpE that are 130lb Super Strong Round Magnet and those will make a big difference and will fix the problem

I find it to position my scooter at the top of the induction panels the light changes quicker. If I sit in the middle of back not so much. The magnets will probably rust though seeing is the splash guard is facing the street
