@@Fix.369 That may have been the issue because I just switched from an iphone 7 plus to a 14 so the sim card wouldn’t transfer. Thank you for your help though!

You have to go to settings then scroll down till u see facetime and select your number

But first you go to settings then click on your profile like the thing that has your name and a profile picture then click the first one (the one that says name,numbers) and then add your number/select it

hey guys try this things to note - 1. you’re probably getting this problem because your phone hasn’t registered your number idk why it does this but if you check in your settings and go down to the phone settings it should have your number displayed there if not then this is what is causing the problem thankfully the solution after these notes fixes that 2. You will need to have credit on your sim card/phone because icloud needs to send a secret code using probably a few cents or dollars 3. in your contacts settings make sure that “my info” has your contact on it with your number if you don’t see your number in your contact go to on your contacts app and edit your number and email into your contact okay here are the steps Step 1: sign out of your icloud account Step 2: restart your phone Step 3: accept any icloud or facetime/imessage requests that pop up Step 4: log back in to your icloud account Step 5: In your icloud storage take off keychain and then put it back on and when you go to turn imessage and facetime on it should be on i hope that’s works :)
