Activating Audacity - Sarah Jakes Roberts 

I never leave comments on RU-vid, but if you see this I want you to know that this is the first sermon I've heard in a couple of years that has ministered to me so deeply. I used to be lukewarm but one day i saw " girl get up" and everything changed i started watching more of her videos and podcast .. pastor sarah is a blessing❤

“Girl get up” was the first ever video I watched of her and my life was never the same again. When I listened to that video, I just remember the Holy Spirit moving in me. I’ve been saved a long time ago and I’ve always loved God. But even through that because of the deep depression I’d been going through for years, I could no longer feel God’s presence whenever I prayed, not in my life or anything. My prayer for all the years when I was suffering, was that “God I yearn for your holy presence and even if you could touch me only once Father it would still be enough”. I felt like I’m faithful to God, I praise him in my dark time and for years he had abandoned me to deal with the deep sorrow I was going through alone. It just wasn’t fair and I was just slipping deeper and deeper into depression. I got admitted in a mental facility and when I got out I was still the same. Things were getting out of control and I’d even planned my suicide. Then one morning I came across your “girl get up” video and my life was never the same again. From the beginning to the end of the video I just felt like the Holy Spirit was talking to me and working in me. I cried so much and at that very moment, depression left me and for the first time in years of yearning for the presence of God, I felt it. He was right there with me. I thank God for your life Pastor Sarah because even your past life healed me. Whenever I’m just having a bad morning I start my day with your video and I immediately start being filled with life again. I listen to your videos everyday but they are even more effective when I’m going through something I cannot handle on my own that they hit home. God bless you, we love you ♥️

Sarah, This is a word. I felt this deep in my heart. God bless you! You are needed and appreciated by many. You are a doctor of hearts and the renewing of minds. You help provide God's mirror showing us our true reflection of who we really are through God's eyes.

Amen amen amen! I am so thankful when people obey God. I feel it is so very important that we REMEMBER that God uses people, BUT WE ARE ABLE tO EXPERIENCE A RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD, with Any RELATIONSHIP it takes effort and work… and when I hear messages/ sermons throughout the day I am mindful to look at life as a recipe…. If I take a cup from this message, a tablespoon of Christian songs, fold Bible studies, serving and tithing with the other ingredients and bake daily with The Bible (The Armor, Bible being the Sword) I will be prepared so WHEN attacks come, I know how to stand firm! I hope everyone makes it a great day

AMEN!!!!! We live here close the GWC home and my husband and I have toured his childhood home and research area, and burial sites. I'm amazed as to all the other discoveries he made. My husband filed for divorce on Valentine's day! :( I walked with this man during the wilderness of our lives and yes, I ignored many things and signs! I would be so humbled if God allowed my marriage to be saved but, more importantly that I will realize what I need to face to move forward in this life for breaking this generational curse! But to research, the specifics! Amen
