When God created us, he did it with plans to see us prosper and not harm us. We fall short of the glory due to giving into temptation. In this sermon, Pastor Thomas informs us how to expect, embrace, understand, and activate God's promises spoken over our lives.
7:45 - There's a difference between God and man making promises to you. Isaiah 55:11 says, So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me void, But it shall accomplish what I please, And it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.
10:45 - There is power behind God's promises.To activate his power, we must first believe his word is true; Then speak his promises. Faith comes from hearing the word! Romans 10:7
28:24 - Who and what are you waiting on to believe God's promises? What's getting in your way of accessing his power? Sin, doubt, unbelief? Once you identify the blocker, submit it to God and ask for his help.
