covid & online lectures really took a toll on me, i’ve been a subscriber to your channel since 2019 and I remember doing this practice with ease and comfort and now as i return to practice it to relief some tension in my hips Half way through it i cried from my hip pain release. Your videos are not only for flexibility but they’re also therapeutic and i thank you for that.
Another great class, thank you so much! I do your videos every day and don’t know where I’d be without them- you have the perfect mix of flow, hold, breathing and creativity that so many other classes don’t manage. I think I would have stopped practicing a long time ago without your videos, so a heartfelt thank-you 🙏

You are my favorite yoga teacher on RU-vid. Thank you for this flow. I needed a good hip opener, but also, I needed a challenge. Your yoga always challenges me to push myself a little more each time. I felt very accomplished that I was able to listen to your instruction and keep good form while following the pace you set. There were some challenging moves and holds in this yoga practice but I was able to do them. Thank you, Erin🙏💙 you're so amazing 😊

I really enjoyed this flow. It was perfect for an intermediate yogi and the cues were just right so you didn't have to be staring at the screen the whole time. Thank you!
My hip was tight and uncomfortable from running and a gym workout yesterday, this practice did wonders for opening it up and facilitating mobility. I look forward to doing some of your other hip openers for the next few days. Your catalog of flows is phenomenal and I love how easy it is to search through to find what I’m looking for. I've done so many of your videos and I love them all but THIS was like a beautiful dance! The transitions were amazing! Very fresh....kept me guessing where you were going to move us to next!
This one feels sooooooo good, hip opening, lower back releasing, entire body smoothed out! I enjoyed the slow flow that gives me time to get into the pose, find balance, and stretch out. Got some sweat going even, thanks so much for another great practice! ❤️❤️
This is one of my favorite of your videos. I feel like I went to a different universe in frog pose-- I had no idea I was holding on to so much tension! I appreciate you. The beach is so calming as well.
Wow. This flow was incredibly cathartic for me. I have chronically tight hips which has affected my lower back along with some other pains/discomforts, so I"m always needing to stretch and strengthen... but sometimes I forget how much emotion we store in our hips. Needless to say, the release was intense and I burst into tears twice during this video. Much needed. Thank you so much for this gift, Erin. Wow Erin what a fantastic class! I rarely give myself an hour for yoga so I hadn't done this one and really needed it. Such a great job balancing stretching with some strength poses (which I sometimes hope aren't in there if I'm just feeling tight but am always so glad I had to do them haha!) and what a great setting! Wow, a wonderful balance of poses that truly open the hips deeply! I was excited to see this class pop up yesterday and I'm even more excited now that I've completed it. I enjoyed the challenge of many of the postures but standing half lotus into toe balance and back up, whoa! Thank you Erin :D

Thank you Erin. This is exactly what I need right now. I've been putting off doing a hip opening class, because I don't want to give up the upper body and slight cardio benefit of vinyasa flow. I love doing yin but sometimes I want the stretch without such long holds so I love this class. I feel much better now too. Are you really on the beach? Why doesn't the wind bother you? Wai Lana used to start classes on a beach in Hawaii then suddenly she was in the Himalayas and finish somewhere in the Pacific Northwest. That was some serious mandala design. I felt like I needed my passport. She's lovely. 😉❤️🕎🎅❄️🎄🕉️🌎
This yoga flow was fantastic. I started out with a minor nagging pain in my lower back that I can't feel now even two hours after I completed this practice. Thank you! Only thing I'll say is that I would have liked some different cueing for coming out of toestand. I kind of turned my ankle the wrong way the first time (I'm not injured, it was just a bit uncomfortable in that moment).
