Good Morning Young Groms,
What is the best way to stay fit when the waves are flat? The answer is yes. Every movement is good movement. Today we ran, worked out in the gym, did pop ups, shot hoops and hung out with the family. Getting another day closer to the trip and the swell should show up. So stoked on life and well see you on the next swell!
CURRENT TRAINING ROUTINE:
-2 mile run everyday
-14 pop ups x3 sets everyday
-10 toe raises x3 everyday
-30 minutes stretching
-surf as much as possible
-active life style (walks, bikes etc)
