u’ve been a great help .i am on my first week of training and we’ve been discusisng this.and it was a bit challenging for me because this was my first time as a call center agent

Active listening plus multitasking sa call center po hirap ako 😭 kasi madaming pipindutin sa Meralco Account hahaha. Kailangan kasi na mabilis sinusulat mo agad yung sinasabi ni cx 😭
