Hannan bhai koy tariqa ha jis se mein active recall or fenchman technique ko combine kar sakon aur ap kya reccomend karte han ke reading or active recall ki timing kya honi chaie

Feyman technique can be a type of active recall because if without opening book when you are teaching someone, you are actually testing yourself and that is active recall. First try to understand the material and then active recall on it and test yourself on it.

@@HannanTayyab sir mane aap ki kuch mbbs 1st year se related videos dekhi hai jis me aap ne 5 steps k bare me bataya ta . Lakin aik video me to aap ne apne failure k bare me b bataya ta is liye tora si horror situation me ho k aap k saath b ye howa to yani her aik k sath ho sakta hai.😟😟

@@civil330 Yes if you loose focus and don't study surely chances of failure increases. But some time there are some other factors too. Failure is a part of life. Most of MBBS Students face failure some time in their life. If not in MBBS then in Post graduation and if not Post graduation then sometime in their diagnosis and with some patients. You can never be right all the time. You learn when you do mistakes. So don't get frightened from failure as it can help you become better. Just do the best you can do, You will get through. I lost focus at that time thats why it happened. But that failure helped me regain focus.
